Do not sell here, the gave me $135 for 5 designer items, I grabbed some items from my pile of stuff I no longer wanted, just moving to Long Beach i wanted to find a venue where I could resell and shop. They bought 5 items that included: Carolina Herrera, Moschino, off white, fendi, and Marc Jacob’s. They do not pay the sellers well. as someone who does believe in recycling fashion, and not always buying designer brand new my best advice to you as a seller…DO NOT SELL HERE!!! The shopping isn’t to bad they do have a cute selection, but designer selection is a bit overpriced.

Purchased a vintage bag online for over $600 plus shipping. When it arrived, it was a completely different color and size than advertised online. Thus, I returned the item because I did not get what I paid for. I was refunded the cost of the bag but not the shipping fee- I reached out to customer service twice and kindly asked them to make an exception since this was their error, which they refused and also did not send me a response that took any actual accountability for the error. Incredibly disappointing response from the business. I would recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Really amazing location!! I love thrifting, I love fashion and I love vintage stores but this one felt off. It had some good pieces but I really think the person who is the buyer at this location might be stuck in 2014! Please enough with the neon maxis and polyester crop tops.
I only saw pencil skirts and maxis. Where are the pleaded skirts? Any plaid? what about a cute low rise mini moment?
I really wish they considered getting a new buyer! People with an eye. People with a vibe. I saw who was behind the counter….. and their vibe was not it! No one had cute style behind the counter.
If the owner reads this pleaseeeeeee hire two new buyers with the eye! Have them go through the old stuff and detox!
Trust me you have potential!

The bags and shoes were ok! just over priced!
Sorry $180 for Jeffrey cambells when they cost 240 lol sell those babies for $120.

Don't waste your time buying or selling here. Everything is ridiculously priced and their profit margins are huge since they barely pay their sellers. Beat up pair of Jordans? That'll be $200. A random no brand vintage tee? $50. Just go on eBay or a regular thrift store. Finding a deal somewhere else is so much more rewarding.

I once gave this second hand store a higher score but now I cannot give it more than a 1.5-2 stars. I once found two good items for a reasonable price but in the past year the items are so significantly overpriced for something they get second hand and for a fraction of the price. I was looking at three coach bags in the store and 2/3 were fakes being sold for 50 dollars. The stitching was off, the material was questionable and there was no barcode. They are simply trying to con the right consumer who doesn’t know what to look for.

Moving onto the next issue, they offer very low prices to sellers and upcharge the items to make a massive profit (none of which goes to charity). Sellers do not have anything to gain and are better off giving their clothing elsewhere or directly donating. From my firsthand experience, they offered me 10 cents for an item they would sell for five. This is a profit margin of 99.9 percent with the seller receiving only 0.1 percent of the value of what they would sell the item (not even considering how much the item could actually be worth regardless of their valuation of it).

NEVER COME HERE!! They are the cheapest thrift store on the planet. They’ll only give you 10 cents for 12 clothing items. Crazy how they can rip you off right in your face. They were trying to take my $100 J.Crew hoodie and give me $1 for it. Horrible people horrible place
