They gave us a delivery time window. We also gave specific instructions for where the rock should be dropped. None of that happened. When I called to discuss they said there is nothing they are willing to do. I checked all cameras and they never even came to our door to let us know they were here. It was way before the time window given. They claimed cars were where they needed to dump it which is also false. I offered camera footage to prove such and they did not care. They instead dropped it in the street blocking the driveway and right at the cities storm drain. I will never do business here again

Fast, reliable service. Very contractor friendly. They have my card on file so I never have to give them my card info each time I order. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is when you’re doing a dozen different payments a day it’s nice having a system that speeds things up. Takes me two minutes to put in an order. Love this place.

I had such a good experience with valley rock, that I had to write a review. The place that I normally go to didn’t have the material that I need, valley rock had the 1 1/2 inch drain rock, and it was a good price to. I had to do multiple loads, they were very quick. When it comes to buying landscape material, I’m used to dealing with people that just don’t seem to care, or even sometimes rude. The gals at Valley rock were super nice and responsive, thanks so much for an awesome experience.
