Amazing local company. Best prices I could find anywhere. True specialist. “Salesperson” Glenn (I think his name was) was a consultant that listened and guided me to best products. I’ll never use another company for appliances.

Best place ever. Customer service was outstanding. Called them when my order from a big box store was delayed the day before the delivery was due with no apology. They responded immediately with a loaner while my new order with them was being shipped. We have bought other appliances there as well as being our number one place for parts. I truly can't say enough to express my respect for this store.

These guys have been around a long time finally went in when I needed an appliance and got great service and great pricing. Have a client's delivered shipped out earlier than expected great service on a delivery as well.

They were the most knowledgeable and helpful people. When the washing machine would take 6 weeks for them to get they suggested we look into other stores which might by chance have one. And gave some store suggestions. We did find it at a nearby store. I will definitely go back to this store next time I need an appliance.

Purchased a washer from here, all over the phone! Never went in the store... now, I'm a guy who researches products to the extreme, compares models, prices, ROI, etc. Originally, I was looking at a Speed Queen as many friends had them and loved the "it'll last 25 years easily" attitude. I called Nelthorpe to inquire about the latest model, but the fellow on the phone advised that even though they have them in stock, that he'd recommend a Maytag before this late model of Speed Queen (I think at the time, the model was a 2017). He told me to YouTube the latest Speed Queen model to see why and how poorly the latest Speed Queen performed. Sure enough, he was spot on. The video showed a fellow putting ketchup on white towels and putting them in the latest model Speed Queen verses a slightly older model. The latest model indeed didn't do a good job at ALL getting the ketchup out. I called Nelthorpe and they gave me the exact model of Maytag they recommend and said that for the price, we'll end up with a machine that Maytag warranties for at least 5 years, and (what sold me...) we'll love our washer. I looked up that model Maytag, compared it to other models of Maytag, and sure enough, it was a hit all over the internet. Now I'm also one to save money, and I saw that the price was slightly cheaper at Home Depot, but Nelthorpe must be very competitive with their pricing, because they also included the delivery, install, and removal of the old washer. PLUS! And a big one in my opinion, I know that I have a place I can call if something went haywire early on rather than a big box store telling me to only call Maytag. I know Nelthorpe may not be able to actually do much, but I know if there was a defect, that at least having that peace of mind that I can actually get someone on the phone to help or point me in the right direction quickly, they will be there. Home Depot? Probably would be passed department to department until someone finally would tell me to call another number, but... this is just hypothesis at this point. Nonetheless, spend your money here if you want quality! They know their stuff, and businesses like this need our business! I will be buying all our major appliances from Nelthorpe in the future. I also can't say enough, how much I love our new washer. I can't believe how dry the clothes are after pulling them out to put them in the dryer. Our previous washer would leave way more water in the clothes, causing longer dry times. Our old washer was probably at least 8 years old, but still, this one is just awesome! I never thought I would actually love a washer, but here I am! They really recommended the right washer for our family! Thank you Nelthorpe!

Nelthorpe & Son is an awesome local business! We just purchased a new washing machine and dryer from them. Not only were their prices better than anyone else in the area, they answered every question we had and provided amazing customer service. During shipping our machine got a scuff on the side and Nelthorpe arranged to replace the machine with a new one. Can't recommend these guys enough. Also if you're looking for a new washing machine, unfortunately almost every brand and model these days absolutely sucks from all the environmental legislation they've forced onto manufacturers. Only decent one left is the Maytag Commercial MVWP575GW.

They know everything about the products they sell. If I ever have a question, they answer the phone, and....thy t have the answer. I have never been passed around. Fantastic customer service.
