Beware, this is in a sketchy part of town. Always keep looking around. Some homeless people around because it is near the L A river. Lock vehicle at all times. Leave nothing of value inside your car that can be seen from the outside.

Convenient location near gas stations, CVS, McDonalds, a neighborhood market plus major artery for our LBT system bus stops and the freeway. Off of Del Amo Blvd./Long Beach Blvd.. I feel safe at this location and the store is always clean great service good parking please social distance and mask up.

A nice little center with liquor store, donut shop, pet grooming, tropical fish, cleaners, pizza place, bar, income tax place, and there's a couple more restaurants. Plus a carniceria and pollo place next door and an auto shop.

I go here for the pizza shop, Filipino restaurant, liquor store and little market bodega. Over all good place to get a quick bite, beer and carne asada. It's a little urban so yea.
