God placed the right people in my path as I have less than perfect credit. Yet, with God all things are possible. My husband had a stroke and I was in need of a comfortable vehicle for him. George really pulled all the stops but it was God that had one finance company willing to fund me. Always remember, nothing in life we go through is ever in vein. I’ve have a Capital One card and been using it for years. Every time I tried different dealerships I would receive a letter from Capital One offering to pay off my current balance and finance me towards another. In my moment in need it was Capital One that picked me up. Your “YES” in life is your open door. 🚪

We had an amazing experience. We contact dealer through text chat AT NIGHT, immediately received a response. The next day I was contacted by Antoinette which connected me to Phil the manager, worked out a great deal for both parties and Duane helped finalize and gave us the final walk through the following day. The sales people at Hyundai Inland Empire are all very friendly, yet not pushy. Each employee is willing to answer questions and listen to concerns. I have purchased 2 vehicles from there with great ease. My sales person, Jessica, took great care in setting everything up in my vehicle and expediting paperwork . People in several departments went out of their way to make things happen smoothly. The service department there is extremely efficient and innovative at solving issues also.

I had absolutely no intentions on buying a car today, let alone a Hyundai, my heart was set on a Kia Sorento. After talking with Duane I am the proud owner of a 2025 Santa Fe. I did not feel bullied or pressured, I wasn’t shown “better” options, in fact when my husband and I asked about features on the higher end cars, based on our lifestyle Duane knew we didn’t need it and didn’t feel “honorable” selling us something more we didn’t need. Thank you for bringing back the true definition of a salesman. He was kind, honest, and empathetic, we also genuinely had a good time laughing and joking like with a friend. George also came in to help us with closing, met my payment requesting without fluctuating the financing life, he was honest, helpful, and did everything with a smile to get us where we wanted. Jackie wrapped everything up on the finance side, another kind soul who broke everything down and even worked our pricing down a little more. 10/10 recommend this team.

I’ve purchased a car from this dealership before, but after my most recent experience, I will NEVER do business with them again. I was in contact with a sales agent, Howard, and two managers, Jay and Phil, and their behavior was beyond unprofessional. Their text messages were incredibly rude, and instead of taking responsibility, they pointed fingers at each other—Howard blamed his managers, while the managers acted like it wasn’t them. It was a complete mess.

To make things worse, they had the audacity to gaslight me, acting as if they were just being “upfront” when in reality, they were mocking me and pressuring me just to hit their sales quota. Their attitude was disrespectful, and they clearly don’t value returning customers. I’ve already warned my friends and family to stay far away from this place. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually respects its customers, this is NOT the place.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

The corporate should do something so this won't happen to any customers. I believe this is not a reflection of the entire Hyundai dealerships.
