I love the perfumers apprentice and the flavors apprentice! I've been a customer for many years and I recently got my order yesterday when I found out they had my number 1 favorite aroma in stock! That just meant I had to grab a couple more things while I was at it. They always are fast and in the years I've used them i have never had anything wrong with an order ever. My only complaint is really with google because I can't give them anymore than 5 stars but if I could I would. Thank you and always a pleasure doing business and you have a lifelong customer in me. Keep up the wonderful work you all!

I ordered some items from Thailand, and they packed everything very quickly. Even though I'm not there, I always track the package with the tracking number(FedEx). They also have elephant models on display there. If anyone wants to see or ride elephants, they should come to Thailand!

Things were great at first and the package was sent out the following day which was awesome. The problem came when UPS lost the order.
Placed an order five weeks ago that never came and I’ve been sitting in limbo ever since. UPS lost the package, claim was initiated 13 days ago now and there’s been silence, and also filled a claim with PayPal over the problem and still haven’t heard or received anything. I’m just expecting to take a hit on the order, placed an order with a new vendor, and I recommend that you do the same.

I'm leaving 5 stars because I absolutely love this company and have been purchasing for years now. If you have any questions they're quick to help and very fast to get orders out. However I would like to mention I'm not a huge fan of the updated website. Seems clunky, keep getting frozen spinning wheel screens, and no more free shipping.

Overall an awesome spot.

Went in for the smelling experience, and Julia was very helpful.

Not all the ingredients were in the room at the time, but Julia promptly retrieved them from the back for me to smell, and allowed me an extra couple minutes in the smell room to compensate for my time spent searching for the missing sample.

But I could spend all day in that room! haha

I recommend creating a "to-smell" list to prior to arrival so you can be concise with your searching, as it is timed and you can get lost like a kid in a candy store otherwise.

Complimentary snack and coffee as well.

Also thanks to Travis for delivering me my goods, and Lindsey for prepping my order.

Only took an hour (maybe less) from time of order to me picking up my supplies.

Order was filled correctly, delivered promptly and well packaged. Website is easy to use and with an endless supply of quality materials for perfumers. Spoke to a young woman on the phone who was polite and quick to answer my questions about shipping. I have nothing bad to say about this company. You have a permanent customer.

Do not order if you have a P.O. box. They have on their website that if you have a P.O. box to not select UPS shipping. Turns out UPS is the only expeditor they use so there is no other option. The lady in accounts receivable sent us an email highlighting their confusing policy. We can read, thanks. In an attempt to try TFA/TPA as a new vendor (which cost almost twice as much) this experience has reinforced our relationship with our current brands who's flavors are not considered hazmat. We will not be shopping around again anytime soon. 3 stars for decent communication via email and getting refund processed promptly.

Love these folks. I've given Perfumer's Apprentice a borderline irresponsible amount of money over the last few years, and I'm a happy customer. The prices are fair, the service is fast, and the order is correct every single time. Their website could use a little cleaning up/consolidating, but the business they run is impeccable.
