The Hollister store at the San Francisco Outlet Premium, near the city of the same name, is a traditional clothing store that sells men's, women's and children's articles. There you can find casual clothes like t-shirts, pants, socks, jackets etc.
There the products are especially comfortable and well made, with a youthful style that everyone who uses it likes.
If you intend to visit this mall I highly recommend a visit there.

My brother loves Hollister and the more he grows, the more I steal the clothing that doesn't fit him anymore. Lol. He just ordered some more stuff from online. Amazing store.

I sort of have mixed opinions about this specific store. I usually really like Hollister and think that the staff is pretty service-minded.

However, things were really messy at this store. Items were priced wrong. For an example, a pair of jeans I was looking at were priced 20$ but when I was paying she said it was 60$. I asked about the price and she explained that it was wrongly labeled. Clothes also laid in mountains, which made it really difficult to find either the right size or clothes overall if they were the “mountain”.

One of the girls who worked there was super sweet and helped me a lot. Meanwhile another staff member, in my opinion, treated me kind of harsh and stressed me to decide. But in the end of the day, it’s not something that ruined my day or anything like that - maybe she just had a bad day.

Though, I really do love the prices and appreciate the discount.

My daughter and I just LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!! We end up finding so.. many GOLDEN DEALS! The prices are lower than what is on the tag or sale sign 70 percent of the time we have been there. It looks crazy and overwhelming when you first get there, but just take your time looking and hunting. Don't let the crowds distract you from a great deal!!! They have sizes xxs - xxxl so go ahead, look for something for everyone!! Let me tell you, I have had two shirts in my Hollister cart online it would have been about $16 to purchase both and that was with an extra percentage off and using my $5 reward. I found these two EXACT shirts here and each one was $4.90!!! Now that's a steal!!! Go check them out. I highly recommend a look!!!

Very poor customer service. Katrina, one of the manager in training yelled us for asking siccors or knife to cut the thread of the coat. I wish she would refuse politely. She was terribly rude and her tone was so so terrible!

So many stupid rules and policy. Try in a shirt and the young lady told me I can’t try it on. She made the decision for me not to buy. So stupid.

This is not a real outlet, many items on normal price and the clearance section is so messy, I don’t recomment it at all.
