I had a frustrating experience at All Saints that I feel compelled to share. After purchasing an item and paying in cash, I received a torn $1 note as change. Initially, I wanted to reject it, but the cashier insisted that "all stores in the U.S. accept torn notes as long as 75% is intact."

However, when I insisted on returning the dollar, the cashier lied, claiming they were out of change. After waiting for him to finish with another customer, he handed me off to another employee who continued to push the torn note on me.

As someone not from the country, I found this experience not only unnecessary but also racially charged. It was just a dollar, yet their behavior was completely disproportionate. If it's true that all stores accept torn notes, why would they refuse to accept their own?

This kind of treatment over a dollar is unacceptable. I expected better from a store like All Saints

Worst store ever. I’ve been buying all saints pieces for a long time. I went in for an exchange and they wouldn’t let me even after having the tag still in place and the piece being in pristine condition. No more all saints for me.

They have all of the ugly stuff for sale, the cheap sheer fabric with ruffles and stuff. None of the cool stuff, aside from a few leather jackets.

They are not open all the time. They’re regular close on Monday & Tuesday. But today Wednesday still no open. Should call before you go shopping there.
