샌프란시스코 근방의 아울렛으로는 리버모어와 길로이 아울렛이 있습니다. 샌프란시스코 사람들에게 물어보면 대체로 리버모어쪽을 추천하고 산호세 쪽 사람들에게 물어보면 길로이를 추천합니다. 길로이는 일단 산호세를 지나야 해서 거리가 좀 있고 규모는 리버모어보다 크지만 의외로 물건이 별로 없는 경우가 많다 하네요.

하지만 요즘 같은때는 평일 오전 일찍이 아니고서야 어딜가나 사람들로 바글바글해서 규모가 크면 큰대로, 작으면 작은대로 복하하고 정신이 없습니다. 일찍 가서 쇼핑을 시작해야 인파도 피하고 재고도 어느정도 확보가 가능합니다.

샌프란시스코 아울렛의 문제는 주차장이 너무 협소합니다. 주말엔 여지없이 꽉 들어찹니다.
