Off 5th is usually one of my top favorite places for shopping. Years ago, they were everywhere, including two stores in Sacramento and one store in Vacaville. They are all gone. This one in San Francisco Premium Outlets is near my home now, but it is still almost an hour and a half drive!

The store is also not nearly as good as what they usually do. The merchandise is not as good as before. The salespersons are not helpful or not even friendly anymore. Saks Off 5th is not the store I'll first shop at when I visit the outlet mall. I hope they will be able to return to a great store once again soon!

saks fifth OFF 5TH is the hidden gem for the savvy millionaire. While I could easily indulge in full-priced items, the thrill of finding high-end brands at a fraction of the price is unmatched. Just ordered some shoes from the website and they charged me 7 times for one order, charging me over $600 over my original total. My experience with this company has been absolutely trash, it was incredibly disappointing as this is a higher end store, so my expectations were higher. I would not trust this company with your money or time. They will leave you high and dry and steal your money. DO BETTER

This review is targeted towards my online purchase. Bought sneakers on sale at a great price, they were shipped way faster then anticipated. The shoes went on sale further and the customer service via their site’s chat was very helpful in making the price adjustment.

The checkout lady who’s black in her 20s was extremely rude. She was not in any mood to help me & keen on closing the registers & ignore customers. I urge the customers not to go this store as they give absolutely 0 customer service & you will have to return humiliated. I wish I’ve never gone to this store. I wish could give 0 stars,

Service is out of this world. I was given complete attention. Everyone was very friendly with me... it was soothing and comfortable. Store is very well put and organized too with a great selection and well-priced, and designer names.

I always shop here because it always has the most trendy outfits and if they don't have your size, they will offer other options or means of availability.

In particular, Irene, the manager was exceptional.... she went out of her way to find the products I was specifically looking for, and spent considerable time with me to offer other similar products that may kindle my interest (which it did). She is very friendly, and provides outstanding customer service... she should teach a class on customer service to other stores in the mall!
I hope the company recognizes her and awards her because she makes me, and I'm sure other customers, feel well served and I am willing to come back especially if she's there.

Worst customer service ever! The checkout lady (who was black and fairly in her 20's) kept implying that I couldn't afford their clothing when I asked her to do a price check on one shirt. Then, she didn't even bag my merchandise when I paid the $0.10 bag price and just walked away. Very rude! I'd rather shop at Marshall's or Ross where the checkout crew would treat you like human beings.
