I just want to Chevron on Lower Sacramento Road and I put $10 in my gas my dashboard is at 80 miles until empty so when I put the gas in it should have went up and it didn't go up not one it still was on 80% in it and there's nothing wrong with my car did no gas come out of that pump into my car they're cheating people out of gas the gas never entered my car at all and there's nothing wrong with my car so I wouldn't go here I'm never coming here again and I was a loyal customer coming here almost everyday cuz I live down the street

Debit card got stuck in two of the machines and neither took payment. I tried to ask the attendant if that was normal and there was Noone to ask. Now I have no lock my card in fear of it being tampered with

Came here to fuel on the busy Memorial day weekend. I asked the cashier for $30 worth of fuel, and handed her two $20. She said she couldn't ring me up because she didn't have enough change in her register. I ask to speak with a manger, because not having any change on a busy weekend is crazy, and she said there was no manager on duty. The GM of the store needs to do a better job running the place.

This gas station unfortunately is the most “convenient” for me. If you want air they will turn it on for you but 1/2 the time someone has taken the nozzle. It is in Stockton and people steal things that I never knew had value, but I digress. The pumps work 1/2 the time also. I stop and try to get gas that is 50 cents more than Arco because it’s close. But 1/2 the time the pumps broke so I’ll give it one shot because the staff seems nice then I just give up and go elsewhere.

I love this Chevron the guys there are so friendly. I go in there about once a day for gas, milk, drinks, beer. I went in there one day and bought about $40 worth of gas and also bought beer and fountain drinks. They gave me the fountain drinks at no charge just because they said I come in everyday.
Be warned the neighborhood is pretty bad. I live there, I know. It sucks! There's always a ton of homeless people hanging out there's gangs around there and grown men just loitering around. I saw a woman go into the Chevron and use the ATM with her EBT card and then walk outside to a big guy and hand him money the guy handed her what looked like drugs.
There's also a few hookers that hang out in the area. Not really the kind of place to leave your kids in the car while you pimp gas

One of the new employees(2018) the young male with the glasses he's very rude, lacking in customer service skills, he is often ungroomed with a unbearable sent that can be easily maintained by a simple daily shower before the start of each shift,he's came across many times as disrespectful more than a few times.A couple of employee's are also unknowledgeable about the snack products sold so tend to move about dangerously slow while working the night window making it unsafe to purchase anything after 10 pm.
I am tho very much happy with the new management and the older crew, the ladies and a few of the other men have been very well groomed, pleasant smells,pleasant attitudes and helpful as well as caring of others and their wonderful individuals to see& speak to before your morning cup of coffee 🙂 But a couple of bad seeds is enough for me to take my buisness elsewhere.
And once those bad seeds are REMOVED!!! ONLY THEN, I will gladly edit my comments and my kids and i will begin purchasing from our neighborhood gas station again AND ONLY THEN.
