Burberry Outlet Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the stores we love to check out when shopping there. The store is always beautiful and well organized. The salespersons are polite and knowledgeable. They’re attentive and friendly as well. The prices are very good on most of the items. However, there is a line in front of the store on the weekends. The best time to shop there is early in the morning or late afternoon.

8/25/20: Today they did not have anything I wanted but one leather from their regular Burberry store runway gilet, but it was not in my size. 50% off from the fall, 2019 regular Burberry store price. 9/7/20: I had called the store the other day & was put on hold 3 times. Twice they never got back to me. I wrote a complaint online on Burberry's website, & this morning the website person located the size of the $2,090.00 vest gilet I wanted to buy, so I am buying it online. The woman that worked in the store said it was not in my size anywhere! If they work on commission, the Livermore store gal lost a big commission. It pays to complain for bad service. Burberry online customer service director, Darren D., in London, England, was great! I should say Katerina, customer care person in London, was wonderful, trying to help me buy the vest gilet online even after their digital sale was over. I bought the gilet vest, down from their original 2019 from their regular Burberry store runway show price of:$4,190 to $2,267.66! That includes California state sales tax. It arrives on September 18th. It will be my birthday present for myself. I need to travel back to NYS in winter when NYS let's Californians visit their state without the current 14 day quarentine due to Covid. Last year I bought a beautiful red plaid jacket at this store. It was originally at their regular store too. I don't care if the outlet has last year's regular store offerings, if the options are classic beautiful well made designs. I bought numerous Burberry clothes at their Vacaville store in the past. Always top quality marked downs from their regular stores. I also shop in their regular stores & favor their Regent Street flagship store in London. 1 thing I did not appreciate at the Livermore store was that they had numerous men's items NOT on sale on sale racks. My helper had NO explanation for this but said it was a normal practice. That was annoying. 3/31/21: I found a nice black 🖤🐈‍⬛ long winter ❄️🥶 coat from their fall, 2019 runway show on sale. So I bought it, along with a classic red ♥️ plaid shirt. I was happy, but they claimed that they have no garment bags! May, 2021: I found a nice new tee 👕. June, 2021. I found 2 nice tops that fit, so I bought them. March, 2022: I found nice black ⚫️ stretch waist trousers 👖 that fit, so I bought them! Burberry does not make clothes specifically for their outlet stores. All outlet stores only sell their regular stores past season merchandise. I got a bargain! March 31, 2023: I found 2 nice tee-shirts 👕 👕 for the summer ☀️. I'm going to London in May. I may wear them there.

I hate to wait outside to spend money.. Every time I go to this store i spending 2-3 grand and still have to wait outside. Not acceptable.

I went to the Burberry outlet store in Livermore to purchase a Men’s Bumbag. As soon as purchase was processed, a Manager came out stating that the bag I bought was not supposed to be 25% off. The sales associate had made a mistake and if she (The Manager) would have let it go through, it would cost him his job. That was the most unprofessional behaviour I had ever encountered in a long time. She should not have embarrassed the sales associate as well as myself with that rude and condescending comment. The associate - Ramin - truly deserves a better job than working for that company. He was going to lose his job for a $100 discrepancy. The sign clearly stated the bag was 25% off. There was nobody else at the store - their sales were clearly suffering and yet, they did this! Very unbecoming for a high end store. So very sad 🥹

STAY AWAY. You are paying for a luxury brand and waiting an hour in line to get to the store, but not receiving professional service at this store. This review is specifically for Manuel Sencion and his supervisor. We purchased 2 bags from Manuel Sencion, and at the checkout, we asked about the return policy. He responded, 'You have 14 days for that.' We returned to the store 3 days later to return one of the bags, and he said they only accept exchanges. When we told him that is not what he told us when we asked about the return policy, he started to be rude to us, without even apologizing for his mistake. His supervisor came in, being unprofessional and rude, basically contradicting what we were told when we purchased the bags. They neither took ownership for their mistake and incorrect information they provided, nor did they apologize or take any action to rectify it. It seems their only concern was to sell the bags and earn a commission. It is unfortunate to have people like them representing Burberry. It is not what it used to be. I will never go back to that place. Such a dishonest and irresponsible sales team at this location.

I wish there is an option for 0 stars. You know what happened over there. I went to the store and ordered an US 44 sized Kensington. Guess what I got a UK 44 which equals to US 34. A very typical, low, nasty trick the self-absorbed British Company would do to its customer. It looks to me just one more bankrupted made in England brand. LOL. TAG posted, people will notice when they get this item in Nordstrom Rack 3 months later for 500 bucks. Thank you sales persons for making Burberry cheap for America!

I went inside this Burberry store for the first time yesterday, because I had been saving to buy me something for my birthday. That was the worst shopping experience that I’d ever had. Not only did they not have any thing I wanted in my size, but this Asian lady followed me around the store and ignored me when I asked her questions about the items I was interested in.
