"I had a very disappointing experience at the True Religion store due to the behavior of one of the staff specially Fat lady . She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked any sense of customer service. Shopping here was frustrating, and I expected much better from such a well-known brand. This behavior needs to be addressed to ensure customers feel valued and respected."

We got to the store 40 minutes before closing and as we were walking to the door, there were three employees including what I assume was the on-duty manager who had just locked the store up. In a friendly tone, I asked if they had closed already in which said manager responded in a rude ass tone, "15 MINUTE BREAK" so I said oh okay lets walk around for a little bit. Well, such 15 minute break took them 30 minutes and counting to take. When we rearrived to the store, there was noone to be found with the front doors still locked. Rude rude rude employees.

This is one of the worst place to shop at livermore outelts, just because the way they deal with customers. Bunch of untrained, unprofessional individuals who just don’t know how to communicate. I felt discriminated the moment I stepped into this store. Rude employees.

I am at the outlets in Livermore trying to go into True Religion, and they had a sign outside stating they are on their break. No other store says that. On top of it I have been here waiting for 45mins. There are 2 Ladies working here today and just got back and still are on their break, This is very unprofessional. The owner of this store should hire professionals running the store instead of dummies working here. They have people out side the store waiting for them to open up the doors, it is 2:25pm now The owner does not make money when the store is close on their break. This will be the last time I ever come to True Religion out here in Livermore, Never Again.
