Coach Outlet offers most of the designs for outlet stores. They’re still good quality and in good styles. The store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is also right at the center of the outlet mall. It's a very convenient location, and the store is huge.

The Coach Outlet store is beautiful inside, and many very attractive salespersons are ready to help if you have any questions. The checkout counter is busy, but the line is moving fast.

I don’t know how the staff is trained or what their problem is. I went a few days ago looking for a small purse, I had an idea of what I wanted but still wanted to browse. While talking with my partner I was approached by a sales associate and told her I was browsing. She stayed on top of us literally to the point of being inside my personal space. I got so irritated to the point of not wanting to buy anything, but we had driven all the way here to specifically look for something from this brand. When I’m shopping I want to look and be sure there’s nothing better I may like or decide what color I’m really sure of. At one point she even followed us, trying to make conversation. Wtf, leave me alone to shop! To top off the girls at the counter seemed bothered to have a job and break up their conversation when I was trying to check out, even my partner noticed this but he didn’t say to not upset me further. I’m still thinking of returning my items and getting a Kate Spade instead given our unpleasant experience.

Raina and everyone I worked with at this coach Outlet provided excellent customer service if I could give them 10 Stars I would. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Coach due to the manager, Pam. She was incredibly rude and came off as hostile throughout my visit, making what should have been a pleasant shopping experience absolutely miserable. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome in the store. I expected much better from a brand like Coach. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way

I have been a loyal customer of Coach for many years. We had an unfortunate experience when shopping at the Coach store, Livermore, on November 29, 2024. The manager on duty and several staffs of his team as well as a security staff were shockingly rude and very unprofessional. My wife and my old mother who were already inside store, had already made the selection of several Coach items to be purchased, but because the ATM iPhone (face ID) was with me, I was kindly asking several times for discretion to just let me in the store to ONLY CHECK OUT, MAKE THE PAYMENT; however, I was shockingly not allowed to enter. Consequently, my wife and my old mother could not check out and purchase the selected items, whereas they had previously queued for a very long time and spent time inside for making such a selection. This is such a poor service and very unprofessional. It is not worth shopping again in the store.

My experience at Coach was awful because of the manager, Pam. She’s a short Filipino woman, and from the moment I walked in, she was rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me and spoke in a belittling tone that made me feel completely disrespected. It’s shocking to encounter that kind of behavior, especially from someone in a management position. I left the store disappointed at the behavior of that woman whom I did not know. This is unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be there to help customers and make sales. I do not recommended this store.

Typical coach store, but with great prices because of an outlet store. Bought a couple of bags from this store. There was a long checkout line, but it was worth it.
