If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so very disappointed with the horrible customer service and quality of product. I am a Business teacher and this is a perfect example of how not to run a business.
I received order of (2) pair of pants one came ripped along the seam and no logo? I tried for weeks to get them to send me a return label and sent the product back for refund but still have not received refund even after several weeks.
The other pair I wore only (4) times and washed once and they ripped in several places.
I have sent multiple emails requesting to speak to owner but have not received any response. I plan to file complaint with BBB and on social media. I want my money back!

WOW! Shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was well worth the wait, and their customer service was awesome. Great quality & super comfy! LOVE the concept and the pants I received. Sizing is off though. I ordered a S/M sweatpants and they were too small (I'm usually a size 6 or 8 in jeans)! Ordered a size L and hoping they work.

I totally loved everything I bought! I wanted to exchange the patchwork jeans for a more patchy look and sent it back no problem (each pair comes out different so they let you trade them in if you’d like a different look). Also love the sustainability aspect. Great brand !

*edited review *After getting a good email address I was offered a refund or another bale. I added 2 stars to make it a neutral experience since I was able to get a refund. I purchased a resellers package for over 300 dollars. They state how the makeup will be 15 lbs tee shirts 15 pounds of sweatshirts 15 lbs of outerwear and bottoms.I received half of the shirts in small & medium not by choice. They don’t specify sizes I only got 10 XL or XXL shirts which most men wear. They filled it up with a bunch of tank tops. Sounds ok but they were cut off not your standard tank top. All the crews that took up most of the weight are items the thrift store can’t sell. No outerwear or bottoms as described in their description. Some shirts are defective and not wearable.

I bought a pair of the recycled pair of sweater pants, wore them twice & decided that I needed another pair! Each pair is soooo uniquely designed. I just LOVE them!! In all honesty, I feel like I have four pair of these because I accidentally discovered you can wear them backwards too😂😂 They get a 5+ star rating from me!

I bought 2 pairs of pants, a thin material and a thicker one, they are both perfect fits, I’m 5’5 120Lbs. My daughter who is 5’4 110lbs she had some first, and the small fits her perfect too. What a great design!
