I went into this store today with my daughter to look at prom dresses and I can’t tell you how awesome the service was. Also they had some gorgeous dresses. The younger and older salespersons were both so genuine and honest. They suggested dresses and let us take our time. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The dress is fine. Their service is no bueno. I never got a call when the dress was in. Tried to call several times for a week and there is no machine. Nobody ever answers. Finally my friend got through on instagram. Then I needed alterations, and was told to come, pick it up after the 27th. Store hours are 11 to 4. I get there at 1115. No one is there. Can't get anybody on the phone. I sat there for an hour and waited, just in case, and luckily somebody showed up. They were pretty clueless and not at all apologetic. I'm not sure what kind of business they're running. I would not recommend this shop. And I will not be going back for any reason.

Maggie and the seamstress (sorry I don't know her name) were absolutely amazing! I brought in my wedding dress last minute for alterations and to have a pearl button that fell off to be sewn back on. They did a great job and was able to get my dress done quickly. I highly recommend them!

Just stopped by to look and was greeted immediately. I did not end up purchasing anything as my needs as the Mother of the Groom are different but I wanted to give a shout out to how helpful the clerk was who helped me. Even throwing in suggestions how to change for the better the whole look of a dress.

The place has good service but the dresses are bad material a little cheap looking and the prices are still like other shops with better quality and they don't have much to browse through other than that the ladies were very nice and helpful.

I needed a dress & they had a lot of options. There was a couple looking, a young man trying on a tux & two workers. The one sales girl asked if she could help me & once I told her I was looking for a formal she ignored me the rest of the time looking, like she literally just couldn't be bothered. I was shopping alone . I asked if I could use a dressing room. They pointed to the room but did not say, "if you need assistance with anything please let me know. I was having trouble zippering & was taking a little bit longer & no one came up to the dressing room & asked if I needed some assistance or if everything was ok. I finally was able to zip the dress, it was beautiful & perfect fit. But I opted out for the lack of service I received. I'm not sure if the reason they pretty much ignored me was because I was wearing leggings & a jacket & did not look like I was a serious buyer or that they could just care less about certain customers. I'm not sure but even if my sale was only $200 they still lost $200 plus today from me. Extremely disappointed & hurt.
