This place is nice, clean, very nice views, and has a little gift shop inside. It also has a 3D map of the mountains. The staff was super friendly and we made a friend with a seemingly lost seagull and met some tourists from the Netherlands! Loved the experience ❤️

This is a good place to stop, use the bathroom and learn about the Eastern Sierras and the history. As I've become older I've come to appreciate history and the natural world and wish that I had discovered these sooner.

The staff/rangers there were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were able to give solid recommendations on camping sites, trails and the history of the area.

Great space with lots of history and souvenirs. Helpful to get information on Mt Whitney and Death Valley. Takes with the staff about meteor showers, hikes, and tourism. Worth a visit if you do not have your trip planned out.
