I've had a very good experience with with store and costumer service until yesterday. I've stopped there and asked if I can bring my boots for conditioning and cleaning. They said yes and I dropped those off and picked it up about 30 min later, in the same exact conditions. All they did was put new laces, which I didn't even need. It was a bit awkward because I even mentioned that boots took a beating and got scratches and I thought that they would do a better job than me conditioning it. I really like my red wing boots but I'm not sure, if I go to the same store again.

Employees are ready to help as soon as you walk in. They have a foot scanning machine that gets the actual size of your foot and where your pressure points are when walking. I decided I wanted a slip on boot. Everyone says Red Wings are the working boot to wear and yeah they are right. Boots are beyond comfortable.

Will be only buying Red Wings from now on.

Came into the store & knew exactly which pair of work boots I wanted to buy. The store did not have any more pairs in my size in stock, but did have the same boots in a different color & 1 inch higher. The worker was awesome and helpful in trying on the pair of boots, and I ended up purchasing them. She informed me that she could put in an order for the pair of boots which I originally was interested in purchasing. I will definitely be back to purchase another pair of work boots.
