I have very wide feet and came here looking for a comfy work shoe. Staff was super helpful. Had my feet analyzed and was shown my problem areas. The young woman working there was extremely helpful and brought out tons of shoes for me. Was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been going here for the last 6 or 7 years and the entire staff is wonderful. I love to interact with the staff because they are very knowledgeable about what type of shoe is best for your feet. Their prices are reasonable and they always have your best interest in mind. I would not go anywhere else to get the shoes I need.

Worst experience I've ever had. These people aren't interested in providing a solution to anyone. There's a teenager at the counter to greet you with a smile, but that's where it ends. No smiles from the people that are supos to have some training, they came from the back obviously bothered by my request for assistance... on both occasions I was there. These two supposedly trained very bad moods (i think one is the franchise owner) identified a problem and then offered no solution of any kind. The store is filled with everything they needed to help me, but they offered nothing. The shoe selection is really lacking, but they didn't try to sell me a pair. The insole selection is incredible, but again there was no effort to help me figure out what I needed.

I found a kip was very experienced in orthotics. He fit my foot with a great insole. I've had insoles fitted by podiatrist's before and nothing compared to his fit. He choose shoes that matched the insole they are heavier than what I'm used to but very comfortable and you can see they will be long lasting. In fact if you do your research on the company they guarantee all their products for one year. I don't think can beat Foot Solutions for service and fit.

I went in on 05/28/21 to find my mom some shoes to fit her very swollen feet and I found just what I was looking for on the sales rack and I even found some items for my husband ankle which has been giving him a lot of problems lately. Heidi and the staff were so very helpful, excellent customer. The staff made my shopping experience very pleasant. My mother loved her new sandals and my husband was happy with his compression ankle socks and pain cream.

Chris, owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Steered me towards the Cadillac of comfortable shoes. Spent way too much, but comfort and no knee pain is worth every penny! I will go back. Got fitted for shoes, I mean that he put the shoes on my feet and tied them! That kind of service disappeared when I was a teen. It was nice to be served in such a fashion. I love my shoes.

Went to the store and the lady was friendly and helpful. Convinced me that the shoes I was purchasing were the best shoes for my situation. I even asked her if some other shoes that I pointed out would be good. She said the shoes I was trying on was the best for me. I purchased them at $169.99. I wore them for 2 days and my feet hurt more then normal. They were too heavy. I work for Costco. .and explained to the lady that I walk for 8 hours a day. I should not have been recommended a heavy shoe. But I trusted her. I went in today and spoke with Ken. He was short and extremely rude right off the bat. Told me very abruptly with no kind words at all that they don't take back used shoes. He wouldn't even give me credit so I could purchase a different pair of shoes. I told him I would give him a bad review. He said go ahead. Lesson learned....dont go to a store that tricks you into buying expensive shoes that you will be stuck with and won't wear. I will be relaying this to all my Costco employees across the United States so they will know that Foot Solutions is not a trust worthy place to go to

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I accompanied a friend there several weeks ago and one of the employees was very rude to my friend who was looking for some orthotics. I am also very sure that the prices are inflated because I had helped my friend look online before going in and these prices were INSANE!!! Anyhow, one employee was very rude when we would ask questions to him, and just had a very rude tone overall. There were several micro-aggressions as well like being followed around the store. I would not recommend.
