Pretty average. I was disappointed that after bringing 5 items to the fitting room, I had to turn them all down due to zipper defects, missing buttons, and holes. There’s some cute styles for sure, but I would say this location has above average prices for clothing of this “gently used” quality.

I don’t think it’s a bad store, the selection isn’t bad, and the prices are not terrible. My reason for giving a 3/5 is the customer service, on numerous occasions I have had rude interactions with the employees, I think it’s basic work knowledge to not take out any of your emotions on the customers who are specifically coming to your establishment. This is especially important to understand when your customer is coming to sell their clothing, the time it takes is understandable with the amount of clothing having to be sorted through manually, but again being rude is not the way you get customers to come back.

Excellent second hand clothing store. From the best brands and at reduced prices. I bought a Ralph Laurent Polo shirt for less than $10. There is everything for men and women.

The clothes are cute and fairly priced but the amount of regret I felt after selling my stuff is still sitting with me. I only got $70 for a brand new dooney and Burke bag (European leather with tags and authenticity, worn once timberland heels, brand new Betsy Johnson purse and wallet, worn once Nike sweater, new sweater dress, and a couple other items. $70 back for all of that!! Nobody’s fault but my own for letting these items go for so low but after waiting an hour and I needed the money I felt instant regret walking out of the store like I got bamboozled. If I new I would get such a low amount back I would’ve just posted everything for super cheap and sold individually on market place. This still brings me so much anxiety just thinking about what I mistake I made selling these items for so low.

Unlike other reviews my experience here was very pleasant. I believe the person who helped me was Joanne of Joanna and she was friendly and had a lovely demeanor.

I usually find good things at this location but since it’s a bit further from me I don’t go as often.

I wish there was free parking!

*Note*: At 4PM, they stop accepting clothing. At 6:30, they close the dressing rooms.*
Customer service seems to now run by a bunch of impudent HS or privileged UCSC girls. Unprofessional, unkind, ungenerous. They are so strict with their arbitrary rules you would think they were a bunch of geriatric, miserly, God-fearing women.

I came in when they opened and they told me they couldn’t sort through any of my clothes because their system was down and would “most likely” be down “all day”. I asked if I could at least get my stuff sorted and receive cash, not a credit, and that wasn’t an option. I drove over an hour specifically to sell my stuff here, as I have in the past without issue.
They told me that I could come back “at the end of the day” and check in to see if the system was up and running again.
Low and behold, I walk in at 3:50, about to leave SC, and a very prissy girl at the counter informed me that their system was up and running shortly after they opened, and that she couldn’t sort my stuff because they stop doing that at 4PM. Sorry but this is extremely rude and frankly, nasty behavior, even after I explained the situation to her. Due to their technological error, an exception should have been made. They certainly could have but they don’t care, and in their logic, why should they? It’s a corporate business. They don’t need your money and therefore customer service is null and void.

The other most ridiculous and illogical policy they have is to allow customers to enter the store after 6:30PM, when they close the dressing rooms at that time. The store is open until 7.
There is no sign when you walk in saying “Hey you can look until 6:30 but don’t bring a bunch of clothes to the dressing room to try on because you can’t access them”. If you want to close early, just do it. What is the point keeping the store open until 7 if nobody can try on clothes?
I walk to the back of the store at 6:25 to try on a few jeans and they inform me I can use the mirror but not the dressing room. Ok. That makes perfect sense. I’m going to put the same clothes on the rack for you to put back regardless if I use the dressing room or not. Your workload doesn’t change. After this recent experience I won’t be coming here anymore, even if they once gave me a higher percentage and took most of my clothing. There is a reason why you should support local consignment and vintage rather than a corporation that allows management to treat customers like this.

I have never left a review on anything and I'm not sure if I got the buyer on a bad day but she was beyond rude from the minute I walked in, took another walk in in front of my appointment and spoke down to me like I was a child. I will never shop here again and I will make sure every person I know doesn't either. By the way I am in the service industry and understand but this woman was just plain mean. She reminded me of Miranda from Devil wears Prada. It's a second hand store girl.

So understaffed, you have to get there early to sell and it takes at least 45 minutes just to sell one bag of clothes, nevermind the wait time. I waited 45 minutes to sell and the girl was so busy checking everyone out it took another 45 minutes for her to finish. Staff is generally unprofessional and rude, and they buy the most random, off trend items. They have an attitude with not only me but with other guests.

Not only do you have to wait a long time, but all the parking is metered. If you have to leave to go fill your meter and don’t want to haul your bags of clothes down the street, they say you can leave it but they won’t watch it and are not responsible for anyone steals it like what?
