I recently visited the Best Buy in Stockton to purchase the new phone, but my experience was absolutely horrible. The customer service was appalling - the staff didn't even bother to speak to me politely.

To make matters worse, it took them a whopping 1 HOUR to finalize my purchase. They had to call the manager not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. And each time, the manager took 10-15 minutes to arrive. It was like they were intentionally dragging their feet.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this store. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service, I would not recommend this Best Buy location to anyone.

It's just okay. Not the best one I ever been on. The huge sign on the entrance of the store is not even light up. Store was not really clean, you could notice even on the floor and the carpets. However they have all the appliances and the tech that pretty much all the other stores have. I noticed that the customer service was "okay" and at the time of my visit there was no line to pay. Thumbs up for Maria who helped me decide what TV to buy.

This store is hit or miss. Some employees do not want to be there and do not want to help you. I bought a $800 dollar tablet, the first person helping me got the tablet then passed me on to a coworker. I told the second person helping me I just needed to grab a screen protector and case. The employee lied to my face and said they didn't have anymore. I took him at his word only to see the items on the way out. I did not buy them from this store and frankly I will not be buying anything from this store again. The first employee treated me like a customer and the second treated me like I was bothering him. They need to retrain their staff.

Got my Car stereo done here.
They didn’t complete it up first time, i have to go again to finish the left over work.
However customer service was great, technician explained me everything about installation.
hard to get appointments for car fixes.
overall good experience.

I went over there 1st time but worst experience ,when i was in canada iwent best buy lot of time this my 1st and last experience over therr is worst cuz of service, cuz the guy who work thete his name is axle ,but yeah thanx to abrahim who give me good service at the last

There prices mostly suck, it's hardly a best buy when Amazon will sell the same stuff much cheaper. To top it off BestBuy gives me a $25 certificate that says it expires on 10/4 but when I go to check out it says it expired already. shady business practices. It's better to shop at Amazon or Newegg where they actually care more about customer service.

Went for a console and was greeted and sold the gaming console and back in my car in 7 minutes... Great service
