For the first time I ordered online & went at a designated time for pick up. The lobby was closed but there were no signs, so after my hubby & I walked all around the building went thru the drive thru. Awe! That's how it's done! KFC put a sign up telling your customers your dining area is closed please.
I haven't had KFC in years. From what I remember back then, the food wasn't great but the food has actually improved. The mashed potatoes & gravy are not the same. Much better KFC! THANK YOU!

Who doesn't like KFC? Staff is always friendly and efficient. The quality is the same as it has always been.
Prices have gone up so I don't go as much as I used to, but it is always tasty.

A 15 minute wait for chicken tenders, no longer carrying green beans. How on earth this place is still a franchise I have no idea. I will NEVER come here again. I'd rather drive to Santa Maria for Popeye's!

Everything just gets more expensive with this wonderful administration that we now have . I'm so happy that they changed the meaning of a recession. Everything must be getting expensive because of all the pay raises we have gotten , yeah that's it !! Lol

The KFC drive thru is tricky... The next time I went I went inside but it seems they pay more attention to the drive thru folks... Waited awhile before being helped... So went thru the drive thru next time and the 3 pc dinner we ordered was only a 2 pc... Didn't wanna go back yet again..... We'll just go to Albertsons for chicken next time....
