I went in with my kids to spend our gift cards we got for Christmas and had a bad experience with a woman claiming to be the manager of Sephora. First she didn’t want to accept our gift cards as payment and on the gc it says you can have your makeup done at no extra cost and she refused the service. We understand that this could be because it was inside of a Kolhs, but the associate did not have to be so rude and nasty. We did speak to the store manager, a woman named Jamie, and she was kind and apologized, but it doesn’t take away from the unnecessary rude experience we had with the so called Sephora manager. Don’t shop at this Sephora if you have a gift card as the “manager” may claim she can’t accept that payment. Below is one of the gc I tried to use.

There never is nothing in stock… every time you like a product on display they NEVER have it. I was told they restock on Wednesdays, so I went in the afternoon and NOTHING was in stock ! Shelves are EMPTY! They need to hire more people to restock! Do Better Sephora !

Today was the first good experience I had in this store, I have been a customer for 12 years but the employees were very bad-tempered and rude. So I stopped going here and started doing my shopping online again. But today I decided to stop here to buy my sunscreen and I asked for help and the employees were extremely helpful, I realized that something here has changed for the better! I will definitely shop here again.

Had a really pleasant experience here, I don’t usually ask for help at make up stores just because I know my stuff, but I was extremely tired after a long day at work I stopped by because i needed a new foundation but I was just to exhausted to even try and find my shade, the sweet girl that help me did a amazing job and color matched me so well!! I’m extremely happy with the service and product thank you!💕

Always a welcoming environment. I enjoy shopping at this sephora. Each time that I've been to this location the customer service is great. They have a variety of different things from fragrance, gift kits and skin care. Associates are always willing to help but also allow you to shop at your own pace.

they rude as hell and always have an attitude all of them except one i wish i remembered her name she had purple hair. Usually when you go into sephora they offer assistance immediately but this one doesn’t and i really needed it when i went cause i’m new to makeup. i patiently waited around 9 minutes just browsing lost and realized that they weren’t gonna help me so i just left. Calling on the phone is no better they still have an attitude just cause you called them

My daughter is having a dance recital and we needed to buy some makeup for that event. The employees ignored us until I approached them for help. When I did ask they acted like it was a burden for them to do their jobs. We only needed help picking the color as I am gray scale color blind. I will drive out of town before shopping here again.

I won't be coming back here. As another reviewer brought up--the employees will pick and choose who they want to be helpful towards. I waited patiently with my younger sister to be helped (my sister was looking to see if her shade in a Fenty foundation was available). The Sephora employee on the sales floor paid a weird amount of attention to a customer who was solely interested in getting samples and ignored my sister and I. After about 15 minutes, my sister and I got in line to both checkout and ask for her shade. At the register, the same employee who had ignored us, checked me out and there was little to no customer service. No "hello", no "did you find everything ok?" or "was there anything you couldn't find?". When my sister did bring up her question she was given a firm "no" that her shade was not in stock. Little to no care to try to double-check or see if she could recommend anything else. I have felt this way on numerous occasions at this particular location. The employees here are strangely cold and treat you as if YOU'RE bothering them. I honestly should have dumped my items at the checkout and took my money elsewhere.
