I had the best experience trying on wedding dresses at Tawny Bridal. Tawny was very warm, welcoming, accommodating, and easily reachable for any questions. She made me feel so special while trying on dresses. I really appreciated how she listened to me and gave me everything I was looking for. The store has a wide variety of dresses for any occasion, prices are reasonable and she is also very straight forward on how much alterations would be as well. I highly recommend this business.

Not only is the customer service here outstanding, the owner Tawny is very accommodating, and welcoming. I knew I wanted to buy from a smaller boutique outside of like David Bridal, and I came across this gem. My girls came to support me to try on a few dresses, and I left that day saying “ yes to the dress” within moments of trying a few on. The store is very clean, and I loved how intimate the vibe is here. I will definitely be recommending this store to my future brides.

I hate writing this, because Tawny was nice and her shop was very pretty, but we had a less that great experience... the dress was ordered in the wrong length and Tawny backed out of doing the alterations, (which she had quoted would only cost us $100 if she did them. That's why we purchased the dress from her shop.) She failed to order the shorter (petite) version that we requested. The dress was also supposed to be ordered in the chapel train length, but it came in as a cathedral train. Most shops couldn't accept the job to do the alterations because of the excess length on the train, and it cost us $675 to have alterations done elsewhere. When Tawny told us that she changed her mind and wasn't comfortable doing the alterations,, I texted her afterwards about my overall disappointment with the error in the order and that it was the wrong length, but she made no response at all nor any effort to make it right. I hope she changes the way does business for the sake of other brides and her business. She has a lovely shop, but beware of promises that might not be kept.
