Stopped by this coffee shop as we are passing through town and we are absolutely so glad we did! I am not lying when I tell you the coffees that we got are one of the best I've ever had in my life. I got the blended slow turtle and my wife got the white pumpkin latte. If we're ever back in town we are coming here 100%!

I came here from far, I was very excited. Upon arrival, I told Julie the cashier that I wasn’t sure which coffee I had tried prior. She told me she thought it was a certain mocha, I ordered it. It tasted really bad and I told her would I be able to get another drink this one doesn’t taste good she said sure we can remake it, I left the old drink there and went to they’re outside dining, she let 10 minutes go by just to tell me they wanted to charge me for the second drink even tho the first one she made tasted bad & at that point let my coffee sit there for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service, I’ve been a barista before and this is not how baristas should be!

I used to be a frequent here before I moved away, but after visiting again this afternoon, I was extremely disappointed. First off, I normally order a Healing Tea with Oat milk and it came out extremely watery with almost no flavor whatsoever. Secondly, I ordered two paninis, which luckily I came after the rush so I figured they wouldn’t take took long to prepare. However, I waited thirty minutes for two paninis. I honestly don’t know why I waited that long, I should’ve just asked for a refund and left, but I was starving so I waited. On top of this whole ordeal, the lady taking my order was not very kind, and was a bit sarcastic during the ordering process. From what I believe, the woman was the store owner. I am very disappointed.

I’ve been here twice and gotten flavored lattes each time. They are not good. They have no coffee taste at all, just watered down milk and whatever syrup flavor requested. Disappointing because they are pricey, too.

Great little place to sit, relax, unwind, and have a great cup of coffee. Closest thing to Australian coffee I've found in Palmdale/Lancaster. The Avo toast is definitely worth it, delicious!

I really love this place I haven’t been recently since it’s far from me but I really enjoy their drinks. I’ve gotten many drinks from them and all have been great. The baristas are helpful and super friendly. I recommend this place 🙂

What a hidden gem! Sagebrush cafe is a bit off the beaten path - we stopped in after meeting friends for brunch in Lancaster. At the time of our visit (about a month ago) there was no inside seating available but there is an outside patio that looked inviting. The drink menu includes the typical classics and some fun Sagebrush specials. I got a soy latte and my partner tried the Slow Turtle (caramel mocha). The coffee is definitely good! We also split a peach crumble bar which was fantastic. Their pastry selection was great and I was glad to see vegan options! While waiting for your drink to be made you can browse around the shop - there are lots of fun items for sale that can definitely make great gifts. I'll certainly return when I'm in the area.
