Aug 2023 - one star experience
Got car serviced there on Aug 9. The second day I found my car wheel cover fell off. A nice neighbor picked it up and gave it back to me but it was broken. Tried to talk to them but they said they don't know. So I don't know if it was because they did not put the cover back correctly then it fell off and damaged, or it was damaged already. The thing is when they rotate the wheels, they should see if it was a broken or not easily. If it was broken, at least let me know. Now I have to spent another $100 to get a new one.

Update June 2023 - four star
When I did my service again there, asked them to have a look at the bottom of the car. They agreed but did not look at it. Everything else was pretty good.

Got a call from this store to say they can offer good price for my car which was for sale online. When I spoke initially with Melissa, she said potentially she can offer approx $15k based on details of my car (year and mileage), she inspected my car and said would be around $14k but mechanic also would have a look at it. Joe (don't think he was a mechanic but he drove my car around the complex) came back and said "your car has a weird sound when I start it" (no, my car has no odd sounds because my was serviced only couple month ago at certified service City Chevrolet prior this visit and no issues were reported besides that new tires are needed and front breaks which I told Melissa right at the beginning), long story short they offered $13k something that I have been offered already and I am not happy with that.

Melissa suggested I can try to trade in even though I told her I have a poor credit and missed payments but she insisted it is worth giving a shot and there is a possibility to lower monthly payments; sales person showed me around and kept pushing NEW car on me even though I was very clear I doubt with a new car my monthly payments will be where I need them to be but I was told with my negative equity only new car would be acceptable by bank. The salesman ended suggesting me $4.8k down payment and monthly payments $700 (was very clear I can only afford $200-$300 and obviously no down payments).

Anyway, wasted so much time for me and I ended up walking away from the store with information I already knew. Please, listen to your clients needs!!!! and offer better customer support, Melissa kept jumping from one client to another and I kept waiting, 15 min here, 20 min there. Not acceptable

I received consistent bad customer service from Sam over the last two months.
He told me that my car was not unsafe to drive when I came in with the check engine light on. He told me to drive it for another day and come back, when I told him that I came in earlier to have it checked out by a mechanic already and it was in need of service. He has also rushed and been very lazy on paperwork for me on multiple occasions. Every time I call, he does not have an answer to my questions, and yells to a coworker while I am waiting on the phone to help him answer my question. He had me sign for a car for a certain monthly price, and then calls me a week later and I have to pay $20 a month more. He told me I should be happy that I got to use a rental car and they put gas in it when my car got serviced, which is supposed to be standard. I made the mistake of buying two cars from this dealership. They made the process the day of too fast and now dealing with them after the purchase on both cars has been horrible. They just want to sell cars as fast as possible and have not shown the right amount of care and customer service at all, especially Sam.
