I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris, the General Manager at Evans Tires, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Chris was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing four new tires for my Nissan Sentra.

He took the time to understand my needs, explained my options clearly, and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about delivering excellent service, but Chris definitely went above and beyond. The team at Evans Tires worked quickly, and I left feeling confident in the quality of both the tires and the service.

Great experience again at Evans Tire in Lemon Grove,CA. Christian, the service manager gave me a great deal in truck tires for my 2022 Ram. He beat Discount Tire by a good margin and upgraded me to a name brand, better mileage tire. Robert, my technician, completed the job in record time so I could make another time sensitive appointment. 5 stars for this place!!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this shop. I took my car for tire replacement. They told me my car had an oil leak and that the casket needs to be replaced. I had them replaced it. Little did I know, they caused more issue than they fixed. Oil leak all over my engine. I took it back to them. Now they said the valve cover crack via wear and tear...Really?! I'm pretty sure the technician caused it. Got rid off. Didn't even fix the leak issue and wanted me to pay more? No thanks! Don't take your car there if you don't want more issue on your hand!

Took my car here for a tire balance and dropped it off and was told car would be done in an hour to a hour and a half tops. I receive no calls nothing and come back 2 hours later to pick up my car figuring they just forgot to call. I show up and they hadn’t touched my car and the shop looked dead I even saw workers sitting down on their phones. I told the front desk guy I was told hour and a half tops and he said I was next and he had to send some of his guys on lunch. Won’t be coming here again.

I am writing this to save anyone else from this situation I dealt with today at Evan’s Tire off Broadway in La Mesa. It was March 3rd (Wednesday) 2025. I went in to pay for my tires and paid and set my wallet in my center console not thinking they would steal anything or even go through my car as I went in for service only on my tires. Once they finished , my wallet was missing along with my $2000 inside. Unfortunately, I did the act of leaving it inside the car and I am choosing to put this situation behind me but I hope that this saves someone else from being stolen from. They denied it to the max but it was them . Don’t give these clowns/thieves any business. Karma will catch up , it always does.
