Great service and competitive pricing! Scheduling was very smooth and straight forward. The tires I needed were ordered and came in next day and I was called right away. Came in and they handled my car with finesse which I very much appreciate! I like how they used digital torque wrenches after applying the lug nuts, I made sure to oversee that step! Trust but verify and I wasn’t disappointed.

I want to give a shout out to this Tire Depot location in Lemon Grove CA. I first came here last week and was pleasantly pleased with the service I received. I replaced my four RV TT tires. Danny Hilton (technician) goes above and beyond with his customer service. This week my SUV was having brake issues. I showed up at the shop first thing this morning. Danny was there and was able to get my vehicle in immediately. My rear brakes needed replaced and they were able to do it right then. No new appointment or long wait. Parts ordered and job completed. Thank you for your prompt service and excellent care. If you are needing tires or service for your vehicle, please do not hesitate to come here. Danny Hilton will take care of you. I do need to mention that the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

When I walked into the shop, it was about 40 min until they closed, thinking they wouldn't be able to take me in, but Danny took care of me in the spot got my wheel alignment and took care of my car. Great pricing. Friendly and fast service.

my daughter brought her car in for 4 new tires about 3 weeks ago. the process itself was quick and affordable. unfortunately they broke 2 lugnuts when putting the ties back on. looked like their machine threaded them in wrong and too tight. when we changed her brakes the next week we had to cut another one off as it wouldn't budge. what should have been a 3 hour brake change (done by us) turned into 8 hours plus. 1 newly bought lugnut would not go back in. had to take it in and pay for 3 new parts under the tire for the lug nuts to screw into. when we called to let them know they couldn't have cared less. definitely won't be back.
