I ordered 1 3/4" spring 2 weeks ago. I called last week and they forgot to send it. So today I received 2 1/2" springs. What is going on there? Their measuring system doesn't measure the spring and I had told them it was for a 4' wide shade. Then they made me pay shipping to return them for a credit and pay for the correct spring. So now they are supposed to give me a refund on my credit card and send me the correct spring. I am hoping they don't botch it up. They have about $100 of mine at this point for a $55 spring. I will say that they do answer texts promptly. But not email.
