Let's talk Abt 2024 .... I went to drop off my phone and was instructed I would be called on a certain day to come pick it up ... I never got called ... Started calling both stores numbers that are listed since the day after and no answer from anyone ... Here it is about to hit weekend I've traveled here 2 additional more times and nobody is even at the store. They have Monday - Friday business hours posted but are not here Monday - Friday .. I already paid my phone in full and I need it back ... They have been being so unprofessional with not being here to attend their store and not being able to answer their phones... Awei haji was great as far as communication when the deal was first made in person ... He's not so great now that I can't contact him to retrieve my belongings and he's no where around

Really great customer service. Went in and had my phone fixed in 45 min. Did a wonderful job. It feels great to have a working phone (Samsung S10+) again. Considering they had to fix both front and back pieces. Very satisfied.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! My family has purchased maybe 4-5 phones from mobilecom for my siblings and I since I was in high school. We are never disappointed with the service or the phones!! When you purchase a phone here, they give you a unbeatable prices, a free case, a free screen protector, and a charger with the cube. After selling me my new phone, Hadji even backed up all of my old phone’s contents for me and put them onto my new phone in like less that half an hour so that I didn’t have to worry about it. Hadji is the person we’ve worked with the most and he is hands down the BEST around! I will only be buying my future phones from Hadji and I’ll be recommending everyone I know to buy theirs from him as well.
