Berry's is a staple in San Diego. Anything you need pertaining to athletic supply, they have it. Also, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had patches for a letterman jacket made, and they came out perfect. I will be returning in the near future.

John and staff are AMAZING! So knowledgeable and helpful! I had a last minute need for purple piping and was trying to get it sewn on new pants over the weekend for a special game for my son's team, St. Augustine High School, who will have the special honor to play at Petco Park Monday night. John took my call Saturday morning just before 9 and had my piping ready when I got there by 9:30. What really tops it off is he took the time to make some calls and found someone to sew my piping on over the weekend! Pretty Awesome!!! I highly recommend Berry's Athletic Supply!

A bunch of old fat men who look like they have never played a sport in their life, sitting behind the counter. Not even answering the phone. I called and called , no answer. So I drive down there because I called the day before and they said my custom jersey would be ready. Welp it wasn't. Said to come back after 6 when they close. Someone picked my jersey up for me, when I received it, the lettering was too small and the numbers too big. There was messy string on the inside. Whoever stitched this was in a hurry. The stitching cost more than the jersey. VERY disappointed. So sad, that place would be so nice if they hired all new people.
NEVER stepping foot inside this place again.

I've been a coach for a long time now and I am still impressed with the selection, quality and customer service they provide! It's there I promise they'll have it! Let's not forget Alma either she does custom quality embroidery that's hands down best in San Diego!

How is this place still in business? That parking lot is always empty and the employees are super rude!!
This morning I pulled into the empty parking lot trying to figure out directions on my phone. Another car pulled into the lot (now making us the only cars in the lot) and backed into a spot facing me. I got out of my vehicle obviously very pregnant just trying to find out if the livescan location was in the building in front of where I parked. This lady immediately got out of her car and came up to me telling me to move my vehicle because it is a private lot. There were zero signs where I parked saying it was a private lot. It was super rude and the entire lot was empty.
Please go elsewhere with your business. Employees shouldn’t have an attitude like she had, it was completely uncalled for.
