Rebel Hen Cafe is an absolute gem! Their coffee cake muffin and vanilla latte were absolutely amazing—perfectly sweet and satisfying. This cute little coffee shop, tucked right off the strip in Lincoln, has such a cozy vibe, especially with the fireplace and comfy couches. It’s the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. They have a great selection of breakfast items and their sandwiches are out of this world. Highly recommend checking this place out—you won’t be disappointed!

Today was my first time going to this hole in the wall breakfast place and it was amazing. The owner was the one taking my order and had a very good sense of humor. I asked her to make a dog on my coffee thinking I was going to be let down with”no that’s too hard” but she giggled and then provided. What a sweet place to be with friends and family I’ll defiantly be coming back plus the coffee is better than Starbucks and the chorizo plate was like heaven entering my mouth. I just feel so blessed now. And my dog coffee makes me feel so energetic (squirrel) lol okay I’ll stop but really everyone should go!

Absolutely love Rebel Hen! I’ve frequented this location many times over the years and every time it’s delicious! They have unique flavors that are anything but boring. Their avocado toast with pesto and balsamic is soooo good. We’ve had stuffed French toast, breakfast sandwiches, chai tea, bakery items, and more. Highly recommend! I just wish they were open past 2pm when the cravings hit 😃🙌🏻

Went to this little Cafe recently and fell in love! Such a cute place and the food was great! I almost didn't want to give a great review so I could keep it my little secret! The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was quaint!

Great cafe, the coffees were very good, drip and cafe au lait. Bantam burrito with chorizo was one of the best I've had, great selection of hot sauces as well. Order at the table by app or the counter, friendly staff brought the food to the table.

The avocado toast was delicious. My husband got the chorizo bowl and he loved it. Cute place inside and the man who served our food was very nice. We will definitely go back.

The London Fog was FANTASTIC. I almost got a second one. For food, I had the grilled cheese and it was one of the better grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Honestly, I had such a hard time deciding what to eat because everything looked really good. I also loved the set up of the shop and dining area. It was cute and also really clean. The staff were very friendly as well. I’ll definitely be back to try more drinks and food and take home a cookie.

We dined in, there was no ambience, just a cozy café. We waited an extraordinarily long time for our order, and needed to remind the staff that we were still waiting on one of our meals. What we ordered was fine, not exemplary, and we will choose a different menu item on our next visit. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and engaging.
