Worst flower shop, I'd give it zero stars if I could. My husband ordered an orchid from here for mother's Day and they delivered a dying plant. The leaves were wrinkled and droopy. The roots were almost black. They did not do anything to make us feel like they wanted to make up for it and ended up with just half a refund.

My boyfriend went in to order flowers for Mother’s Day and he came home with what looked like some flowers put together by my 4 years old daughter. Very ugly presentation. He also ordered the day before and told them he’d pick them up in the morning. He went in that morning to pick up they were not ready because they were “very busy” he went back to pick up later and picked up a vase full of what looks like the flowers that grow on weeds. So I took it upon myself to take them back and get our money back or maybe they could’ve exchanged it for something better looking or tried to fix what they gave him but No. They said it was “final sale” which they didn’t tell him. I told them it could’ve been a better presentation and they really didn’t offer much after. Just will never go there again and will advise other ppl not too either. Definitely better off buying flowers from stater brothers or Rainbow flower shop in Barstow. Better customer service and presentation would’ve been nice.

The employees were nice, but the roses I spent $100 on fell apart after two days. They said the roses were brand new and got in that day. Not sure what to believe.

Horrible customer service. They failed to deliver the order I placed a week in advance on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Their answer was they were too busy n wanted me to come pick my order up. Of course you’re busy! It’s freaking Mother’s Day weekend!! $133 for a dozen roses n a couple of balloons. Over priced n they still couldn’t deliver. They refused to give me my money back and there was no manager on duty. How convenient. No manager available on the busiest dY of the year?! Do not order from here. You are taking a big chance. Go to Stater Bros., the quality is basically the same n they put out a very good spread. 0 stars.

They are by far the worst flower shop . Order flowers for mothers day , I ordered a beautiful boutique online . They delivered 4 rose and 2 carnations. What a disgrace not worth 100 bucks. I was so disappointed 😞. They looked like they just threw some flowers together They weren't even trimmed . They of course made no attempt to correct the arrangement.

I am beyond grateful for what an amazing job you did!!! I had accidentally called a broker who said that they would deliver an arrangement yet today. I spent $166.89 with them thinking that I had called a "local" florist...at 4:15 pm, in CA, they emailed to say that the arrangement wouldn't be delivered until the next day. I was heartbroken until I found you and you said that you would make and deliver the arrangement for me. THANK YOU so very much!!!!

The surprise flower arraingement ordered and delivered to me was beautiful... for the first 2 days. My boyfriend contacted them about it beinh as he spent over $100 for a dozen long stem red roses, some white daisy like flowers, and 5 day Lillies. Athough they are replacing the arraingement with a new one, it has been 3 days since we originally contacted them about my flowers wilting. Today I received a call that they were going to come pick the original ones up tomorrow and bring a new arraingement on Friday. They originally wanted me to bring them in to have it fixed and i live about 10 miles outside town. I am happy that they are replacing them, but unhappy that it seems to be last on their list. I would go with rainbow florist in Barstow if I were you. I know we certainly will from now on.
