The best customer service experience I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful; provided insightful answers to my questions; and helped me find the products that were best suited for my needs. The cashier told me about about several types of discounts, including an educational discount for teachers that I had never heard of. I've NEVER had a cashier so committed to ensuring my transaction total was the lowest it could possibly be. I left there with over $300 worth of clothes for a little over $100.

Favorite brand at a lower price than online! I love coming to these stores! It's cheaper than Nike, and you truly get better quality. Columbia is overlooked for the top two, Nike and UA.

Nice looking store and apparently good deals. Unfortunately, it's very hard to use the changing rooms. It wasn't busy and no one was using any of the changing rooms but you're not allowed to use any of the four or five rooms unless an employee escorts you back there and opens a door for you. We could find no one; either available or helping other prospective customers. Yes, I understand they're trying to limit theft, but by not letting anyone try on clothing at all, they're preventing sales as well. We put our clothing back on the rack and left.

Typical Columbia store - well laid out and had plenty to choose from. was greeted right away by a clerk who asked if I needed any help - I didn't but it was a nice touch. Found a jacket I liked at a discount and ended up buying it.

Don't forget to check in on google+ to receive a 10% discount!I come here for my sporting goods but there is one particular episode worth highlighting.I was shopping for a wet suit, and the clerk actually talked me out of a $600 suit for a $250 one, because he was convinced the latter fits me better.Now how many stores will do that?
