By far the best NGIS I've ever stayed at. Housekeeping was always very respectful and polite. They did an immaculate job for the long stay I had there! Front desk reception were very professional an always available for anything at anytime that I may have needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Helpful staff and great rooms.

The place is pretty spacious and comes with a lot of amenities such as 2 cable TVs, a refrigerator and microwave, a Keurig machine with breakfast tea and coffee, etc. to name a few. For the price of an average motel you get a very luxurious room, well worth the money.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, and I was here for a while due to a school I was taking. My sleep schedule was a bit off because of the school I was in, and the staff worked well with me for the most part and came after I was already awake. Towards the end of my stay there was one house keeping staff who got extremely irritated at my schedule, and when I asked if they could come back in 20 min after I left and finished getting ready to leave they were very rude stating they didn’t have the time for that in a rude tone. Now, I understand they may have had other rooms to take care of, however I also know they normally didn’t get off for another hour after this conversation took place, and sometimes later than that. I had a great time here, but that house keeping lady needs to be reminded that customer service is an important part of any business.

Night 3 of 5. This place is ruining my life. The pillows are too thick and I cannot sleep. The front desk staff has not once been courteous, perhaps because they can't sleep either. Water is running loudly somewhere as I lay awake at 0400. There's a large spider living on the desk in the front room. WiFi is slow and cell coverage non-existent. I'm not going to make it through the week.

The room we stayed in was apparently for officers. It was very nice for the price. It came with a glass cook top and 1 pot and 1 pan, Microwave, full size fridge, and enough dishes for 2 people. Room was simple and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower looked brand new.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding me to where I was staying. Prices are very reasonable, rooms are very nice. FYI, no breakfast or room service, but each room has a nifty binder that describes what there is on base. The deluxe rooms have a full fridge, as well as a keurig, mini electric stovetop (with a small skillet and saucepan), and kitchenware. Overall satisfied.

WAY out of the way unless you are going to this base. Charge for small basic room was pretty high (compared to other military inns and lodges we have stayed at). Cable was out so no TV. No elevators so be prepared to schlep luggage etc up as many as two flights of stairs.
Gas station on base was closed (unknown reason) and nearest gas was a distance - not good!!!
