Animals are kept in unlivable conditions. You can smell the ammonia from the dirty cages even before you walk into the store. The fish tanks are all yellow and covered in dirt and feces. The bird cages are even worse. All of the birds look extremely stressed and sick with their colors dull, feathers falling out and splayed out strangely. The betta fish are kept in tiny cups full of their own poop and the water is once again yellow and the water clearly hasn't been changed in weeks. Horrible, HORRIBLE neglect. This place should be shut down. Owner you should be ashamed of yourself. You're not in it for the animals at all, you just want to profit off of them. Absolutely disgusting and shameful

I went here and got some crickets and live worms for my bearded dragon. The owner gave me extra. Good deals on the food. Tons of birds. Theyd been here for a long time. Meet the owner. Pretty cool dude and the place has a very homey feel. Will come back.

HORRIFYING abuse. Dead fish in one tank and fish swimming to the top of the other because it’s too dirty for them to breathe. Birds in cages too small and stacked in a way the store owner couldn’t reach them if he tried with black drinking water and no food.yelp has more pictures of the abuse.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am absolutely appalled by what I’ve seen from this place. The immense neglect and animal abuse taking place here is horrifying and nauseating. The owner DOES NOT clean any of the cages regularly if at all. Upon entering you will notice the stench of dirty cages and neglected animals. If you look further in you’ll SEE the disgusting cages horribly mistreated animals that are just left to lay, sleep, sit, and eat in their own excrement. This shop needs to be immediately shut down. NEVER GO HERE!! Do not support this awful person or their business.

I wanted some better information about betta fish since I was just getting started, but he would not help me cuz I did not buy anything from him even though I wanted to move forward in my fish journey. he literally walked away and would not answer any questions. I'm local, wanted to support him, he didn't want me to. very unkind

Haven't even been here, will never go here after seeing the state of this place from photos circling online. This place is BEYOND disgusting, and from what I can tell stinks to high hell. But nowhere as disgusting as the state of the owners heart, allowing animals to be neglected for profit, greed at its finest I guess. If you do go here, please do not purchase anything or harass anyone, simply take some pictures to bring attention to the problem and spread far and wide how tragic of a situation it is for these animals. Detail as well as you can the state of the animals, their cages/enclosures, state of the building, etc., perhaps we can find something to get this guy fined for and I hope its for animal neglect but we'll see.

Horrible conditions for animals to be living in!! it's incredible how anyone can even shop here as an 'animal lover'! absolutely deplorable treatment of animals and definitely needs to be looked into legally.... please support good pet shops who care well for their animals!

This place needs to be shut down, and the animals all need to be rescued! Every single cage was disgusting and jam-packed full of animals. The entire place is a fire hazard, and all of the animals look sick or depressed! My fiance couldn't stand to be in there. I hate knowing this place exists , there is so much animal cruelty and neglect going on. I truly hope these animals can be freed from that hell!
