A week ago a black security guard from, Ted M. Nulty Security, showed disparity and racial bias against me by, interrupting a three minute phone call while I sat down to make a call. He approached me and said, "No loitering I'm gonna have to ask you to leave!" I am black. The very next day in the same spot, he allowed two white people and a Mexican couple to sit there. Zero stars! Guards like this are a disservice to how security is supposed to be implemented.

Plenty of parking and good assortment of stores and shops like Costco, Lowe's, IKEA, Sport Clips, Starbucks, Postal Annex, Islands, and more. Weekend parking can be busy so plan ahead. Overall great convenience.

Conveniently located in the heart of the valley. I enjoy the river walk behind the shops and trolley most for bird watching and nature photography. It's an easy walk for getting steps in. Note: if not shopping in the center you must park on the other side of the river opposite of Best Buy or you may be towed.

Typical strip mall, good selection of stores to choose from, variety of places to eat. Lots of parking and the trolley stops right at it. Its fairly clean and easy to navigate around.
