I've been coming here for 3 years DAILY buying the same single product. Every single person in that store knows who I am and what I buy. I've never given anyone any attitude, I buy my product and I leave. As of the last couple months the recent batch of cashiers though having served me for months now think it's a fun game to act and pretend like they don't know what I'm buying even when I completely name the product and point at it exactly to it's location they will disrespectfully pretend like they have completely no idea what I'm talking about or what am asking for. Despite having just served me the night BEFORE for the exact product, EVERY single day that I walk in now they will all pretend like they have no idea.
Mind you they ask me for my I.D every transaction every day for the same product for the past 3 years. What should be a 15 second transaction they purposefully stretch to 5 minutes to harass me further.
I've put up with this treament for months now and today I decided I'd let everyone know.
Immature employees who lack professionalism.

Specifically the black girl with the braids. And whoever her co-worker was on 10/30/24 8pm.

I tried to use the bathroom a few times late after work and spent $25 on gas and got drinks and snacks. They are supposed to be 24hrs and they say they are closed, I wonder what the owner or CEO would think of rejecting multiple people for you to take a break. I bet it's about $200 for a few people to get gas and drinks. From fast food to gas stations false times are too often in CA now.

I have been to this gas station more than 100 times and have always used my app. Today, I was kicked out premises because I told the cashier she was wrong. I have used the app once a week for the past. So, Skip it if u need to use the app. Avoid what I just went thru and go to another chevron.

I have been a frequent customer of this Chevron gas station off Broadway in Lemon Grove, CA, and unfortunately had a horrific experience here. I just purchased a regular coffee at this Chevron and asked the staff if I could get a small cup of ice with my clean plastic cup. They said yes, and so I filled my cup with ice and retrieved my coffee. I then filled my other melted drink in the car with the ice, all the while I started driving. 15 minutes into the drive, I took a sip of my drink and it tasted like CIGARETTE BUTT!!! I had to spit my drink out almost immediately with a reflex of repulsion. My drink was completely ruined and I had to toss it out. I am too shocked and appalled about this incident, and I am too exhausted to call this gas station to ask them to check their ice machine, because their ice tastes like cigarette butt and ruined my $5 drink. This kind of situation should not be happening in this kind of store and is a public health concern. It's the same disgusting feeling when knowing that a server spit in your food. I will also report this situation to corporate.

Chevron hired the best cashier. Her name is Caroline. She is the best customer service representative my husband has met since his arrival in San Diego. She mentioned the rewards program her store offers and she made us save a lot. I hope Chevron rewards her for her great attitude toward others.

On 10/19/23 I went through this car wash and ended up with a broken mirror, pieces of rubber weather strip pulled up and a car that didn’t even get clean ( still had a spider web undisturbed in the rear window). I let the girl inside know what happened and she went in the car wash and handed me my shattered mirror but offered me no additional solution. I immediately filed a complaint online to get reimbursed for the car wash and broken mirror and was given a case number. Over a month went by with no resolution. I called customer care this time and was told location manager would contact me. She sent an email asking for price of the mirror. It has now been over a week and I have not heard back from her. Got an email saying my case has been resolved, it has not. It has now been 2 months and I’m still waiting for this to be made right. This could have been fixed for less than $50 they obviously don’t care about their customer or customers property.

Came this morning for gas and a coffee. Used the windshield squeegees and like how there was plenty of cleaning solution in them. Pumped my gas and then went inside to get coffee. Plenty of choices, well laid out. When I went to pay the employee also notified me of a special for the coffee and a donut style package for $2.

The part of the store I visited was nice and clean and kept well stocked.
