This UPS location is by far a horrible place. They treat seasonal workers like dirt and you get written up for most ridiculous things. I do not recommend working for this site at all. You can't even go to the bathroom without a write up. Like really? I guess we take dumps on the floor. This is harassment. It needs to be acknowledged.

My large package has been sitting on the floor for three days. Twice, yesterday and today I get the same lie, “The trailer was late”. Twice Now, thanks to these morons I’m burning vacation (3 days) sitting and waiting with inaccurate updates and lying employees. Costco website said “today” all day yesterday and says “today 11-3” when they admit it isn’t even on the delivery truck, 3 hours away. It’s time to start abandoning businesses that take customers for granted. I’m crossing off Costco and UPS.

Sitting out waiting for my UPS delivery. Was even on the phone with UPS and CS saying, delivary is ON the truck and will be there within the hour. Sat outside and waited with UPS CS on the phone. Tracking updated at 4:17 PM saying ATTEMPTED DELIVERY MADE, no one there to sign....UHHHH then at 4:32 PM, I watched the UPS Truck drive right by the house without stopping, even when I was waving them down.
I am CERTAIN, they know this was an APPLE delivery....and I am ready for them to say, delivered later tomorrow, and we have to file a missing package. Not the first time this happened, glad I have it all on camera with time stamp this time. And have the Ring camera to capture their "ATTEMPT".

My package stopped moving after it arrived here. A Package that weighs 64 pounds does not get lost. It wasn’t a cheap item. They figured out what it was by the shape of the box and kept it for themselves.

A second package of mine was stolen here. I don’t know how they are getting away with this. UPS has to realize there are soo many claims of lost or stolen packages here.

I have had a package of fresh dog food sit on a truck for 5 days, a package of nutrition food destroyed at this wharehouse( per seller, opened) and returned to the seller. Now I have two packages from Ulta that have been sitting at the wharehouse for 6 days with no description when it may be delivered. What is going on at that place? Are the workers using the packages as their personal shopper?

A package was sent to me from the East Coast on 1/6/25. It reached Lathrop on 1/13, sat there for 2 days during which they kept putting in entries that the address was corrected, corrected, incomplete, corrected, and then “service disruption occurred/the package will be returned to the sender.” The correct address was in the system, and it was a PO Box at the Manteca post office. They made no attempt to deliver it. Absolute incompetence!

Finally got a call back from a dispatcher in Billings, MT, who was as confused as I was as to what happened, or why the issue was sent to them, as the package originated in Nanuet, NY, and went through PA, and at no time was under their control. He’s escalating it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My passport with my visa stamped inside, en route to me from the embassy, entered this facility and never left. It was most likely stolen and some criminal is selling it on the black market. I am not impressed with this facility and something needs to be done based off all the other lost and stolen packages in this hub.

I have had countless shipments go to this location an not make it to their destinations or customers. I have so many claims via UPS for this location alone, it is insane. How this location is still functioning is beyond me. I have an entire folder dedicated to this location alone.
