Excellent customer service ! I am new to painting and walked in with a lot of questions and wrong assumptions. We were helped out by Danielle and Jesus who went above and beyond in helping us understand basics of painting, picking out coloring and getting the best quality for price ! I recently visited the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store and had a frustrating experience. The staff at the registers were extremely slow and seemed to lack proper training with the computers.

A particular incident involved a staff member who attempted to apply a discount to my purchase. While she showed me the discount on the computer screen, it was not reflected on the final receipt. When I pointed this out immediately after she printed the receipt, she continued to show me the discount on the screen, but it never made it to the actual transaction. Arguing about it seemed worthless, and I ended up paying the full price.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and has ensured that I will not be returning to this location. Better-trained staff and more efficient service are desperately needed.

Visited this particular branch 2 days in the row for the 1ST time.
Found nothing but amazing service.
Marina and Ayla were both very special, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and both of their great smiles and professionalism go long ways.
High recognitions for those 2 young ladies, I will do my very best even with going out of my way is to use this branch as my preferred store.🙏🙏🙏

The staff there is wonderful very patient and helpful. I have been there five times in the last three days buying assorted color paints, each time they were very helpful. Today Peter was exceptional as he had to try to find two matching paints and I had no names for them. He did it perfectly, very patient even though there was a lot of people in the store. The 40% off sale is great incentive to go to Sherwin-Williams in addition to the great staff

I've called 4 times today during store hours. First call was an instant hang-up. Someone picked up and slammed the phone. The rest just ring through. Apparently they can't be bothered. Then I ask my father-in-law about Sherwin Williams and he immediately starts shaking his head saying he called before and same issue. No answer. Really? You don't want business or what?
