Lavender formals was amazing from the time we arrived for our appointment til the end when we purchased a dress! The owner helped my daughter and there were so many dress options. The customer service was great, but the actual store was not it, They barely had any dresses in any sizes everything you had to basically order online, The variety was very little in my opinion honestly, I think they only had 5% of their website. There was barely any space to walk around. The fitting rooms were good size but it didn’t have mirrors so you had to wait in line to go and check your dress in front of everyone. It’s not the best place to prom dress shopping!!

Great place in downtown. They were so helpful. My daughter went with a dress in mind tried on a few that were similar and we were in and out in half hour. I’m sure it was a record! Great place wish I would’ve found out about it sooner. Can’t wait to go back!

Best experience I’ve ever had! Myself my daughter her best friend and her best friends mom went in just to brows, don’t expect find the perfect dress for Jr. prom but we did! Alyssa was so helpful and Zeena was amazing! We both left with the most amazing dresses! Thank you for all your help and for making sure our girls felt beautiful!!! We chose the orange dress but she looked amazing in them all!!!
