Allie at the trading post was super helper today in the purchase of the ariat ostrich boots that I purchased alone with some other items. Also everyone in the shop was super nice as we have relocated to this area will definitely be back to shop local. Allie thank you for all the help.

Very rude people !! I walked in for a new pair of boots for work. Knowing what I wanted I immediately walked over to the boots found 2 pair of rocky boots I was deciding between ( been in there all of about 3 minutes) and a worker walks up and ask if we are finding everything okay? We said yes just trying to decide between these 2 pair of boots. She said okay do you need help? We said no thank you. She stood there and stared at us the whole time. I tried on the first pair of boots. Took them off and left the box open because I was sure I’d want them and I tried on the next pair. As I try on the second pair the worker boxes the first pair back up and puts them back and continues to stare at us . Me finally uncomfortable enough to where I spoke and asked her “ are you okay? What are you doing. Then my wife says “yeah your just staring us down and your making us uncomfortable “ then the worker just laughs and continues to smile and stare at us as I just got the first pair of boots back out and went and paid for them and got out of there. Planned on shopping more but I don’t deal with rude people !!!!!!!!

The Trading Post was super busy today, however the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Maddi was especially helpful, even though we had lots of questions. For reasons unknown Maddi doesn’t have a stocking hanging in the store, which I find very disappointing, seeing she is obviously the best employee.

Never again. Non attentive and rude. I was about to purchase 2 pair of boots (over $500 worth). They had a nice selection. I asked to use their restroom and they told me "it's for staff only". I walked out and no boot purchase.
