Outdated shopping mall with a lower level customer service and organizational skills. We came here to take a photo with Santa, booked a specific time, arrived earlier as it was requested and still
ended up waiting for over an hour to take a photo.

This location used to be a relaxed place to shop without the troubled inner city crowds but recently everything has gone downhill. We locals are all better off ordering online just to ensure our safety.

Fairly empty mall with a lot vacancies. Came at noon on a Saturday and hardly anyone walking around. Several escalators were broken. However, it is pretty clean and there are a few activations for kids and families with some shops open (vast majority were closed) - the mall culture of meandering and strolling is non existent.

The guy who helped me and family, Eric was great and kind! We didn't get the ladies in the fronts name the one who checked us put but they were super helpful and patient. The atmosphere here is great and very welcoming!

A clean, nicely kept mall with tons of shops and restaurants. I was pretty surprised by how expansive the property was and my experience with guest relations was awesome!
