We were headed south on the 101 when we lost the alternator belt on our RV. We found this location on google and stopped in hopes of finding the right replacement. Justin was incredibly helpful, we got the part and he offered to let us stay in the lot so we could get the job done and rest overnight. Much love for the kindness!!

These are some of the nicest people in the World, my wife and I had truck problems. They let us and our 4 parakeets stay in the store while we waited for a mechanic who was also very nice. The total cost was a little over $100.00 (parts and labor) and a little over a hour and we were on oue way. Thanks again for all of your help, Fred and Della Fogel

They're very helpful and knowledgeable here. I needed a pulley and the owner walked outside and looked under my hood to verify that he was giving me the right part--that's small town service for you!
They have a good amount of parts in stock, and most items ordered are in by 8 am the next day. The one time I ordered a part that was going to take days, they picked it up in Ukiah that day and got it to me the next. These aren't friends of mine, they just treat people right.

I had a flat tire in a tiny town, and there were no open service centers. AAA could not be there for at least 2 hours. I still had 111 miles to go. I just arrived safely in Eureka. God bless these angels!
