I’ve always been satisfied with costumer service at the main location by the airport. The driver “Casey”who delivers to our house is an exceptionally polite gentleman and always in a friendly mood. He is the only driver that will drive up to our place in inclement weather. We live in a very rural area with no neighbors.

First off, I never write reviews but UPS has given me such a horrible experience I had to complain.

I ordered a package that requires a signature and it turns out they only deliver from 2pm-6pm, the hours I’m at work. They tried to deliver my package and left a note saying they will try again or I can change my delivery time or delivery location online. So I go online and I get a technical error saying they are unable to do either. So I leave a note to the driver telling him/her all this information and to either sign for me or leave it at the facility for me to pick it up.

Second delivery attempt, they said they were unable to deliver it, and the driver must have ignored my note. So they are going to try again tomorrow during the same timeframe I’m not home. After a third attempt it will be sent back! So I call UPS at this number. I spent 30 minutes talking to the automated system giving me a bunch of options that don’t apply to me, hanging up on me on a few attempts, until I finally figured out how to talk to a real person without smashing my phone (say make a complaint).

When I finally talk to a representative they could barley speak English and sounded like they were from the other side of the planet. I told them about the website not working and how horrible the automated system is and they wanted to transfer me to technical support instead of help me get my package so I can help them fix their website! So I told the representative it’s not my fault your website is down, how do I get my package? She told me I need to contact the sender. The sender doesn’t arrange for me to pick up my package from ups at a facility or change your delivery times!!!

This is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. UPS should be ashamed. I can’t even chose who delivers my package, if I did I would never use UPS again. My package is probably going to be sent back after another failed delivery tomorrow. Your website is broken, your customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, and your automated system belongs in the trash.

As always polite, happy with a smile UPS employees deliver all winter long on icy, narrow step mountain roads!!! I'm 42 miles north of Susanville CA. UPS reliably, consistently services my small community with necessities like medications, and food etc. At 76 years old I have never been comfortable driving this road even in the summer. It's hard to express in words how much all of us in this community appreciate ALL of the employees at UPS. Thank you all at UPS!

I have multiple packages that have been sitting at my local ups, I watch ups drive by my home everyday delivering to my neighbors. My items have been at my local ups for 6 days. I attempted to speak with someone on the listed number but the computer hung up on me three times. I had back surgery and am unable to go out to shop. Multiple items are needed and were ordered three weeks ago. I want to speak with someone or have my items delivered.

Sorry for late review. I wanted to let the UPS to know that one of their employee is doing AWESOME job. Thank You Kevin !! Thank you for your professionalism , friendly and caring service you provided. We were on our vacation driving through Susanville and needed to receive our fur baby’s medications. Kevin provided excellent service. He looked out for my package and kept it to side. On top of that he remembered me when I returned to pickup the package. What more can you ask for…Once again THANK YOU KEVIN!!

Been having delivery issues here and there. Finally figured out the problem and hopefully a "hack" solution will solve my problem for the long term. The Postal Service is the source for addressing in our area and the problem is, mail is considered undeliverable at my mailing address when delivered by UPS. The solution is to go ahead and deliver the package to the corrected physical location on the property, which then that data tracked gets back fed to United States Postal Service at the end of the day. With this, I should be able to get packages at my mailing address but also Amazon will finally likely be able to accept my house address as a deliverable. Despite this, I've instructed the drivers that they can deliver locally to a friend's business where it will be delivered to me at the end of the day. Very happy I was able to reach a human finally who knows how to possibly fix this issue. I'm not happy with Amazon's dependence on bad data.

Came from Greenville on the way to Oregon, stopped in at 11:15 on a Tuesday to drop a package to ship and the door was locked. No one was there to answer the door. No bell to ring, no useful phone number to call. A lot of cars but no one in sight. You would think the only UPS station in Susanville would be open when they say they are open. Very frustrating.

Drove all the way from Almanor to drop off a package so I could get a receipt. I pulled up to another customer walking out asking if I worked here. The door was unlocked but no one was around. Noticed the hours of operation on the outside said they were open between 8am and 9am! One hour! It was 12:30pm when I got there. I thought that must be a mistake so I waited patiently and no one ever showed up. If you're going to have a "customer center" please have an actual one staffed with people thats open 9 to 5 that isn't just a bunch of trailers hobbled together. Your a billion dollar company. This is ridiculous.
