Owned by a guy right here in town!

Chris at this location is the man! He was able to lookup a specific set of tire cables and put them on hold for me. Great customer service and did me a HUGE favor by looking up and sending a receipt via email for a purchase I made passing through the city. Give this man a day off and a raise please.

Susanville Napa auto parts has poor ethics and moral values. NAPA LOST MY BUSINESS and I will advise all my family, friends and coworkers to not spend a cent there! I am disappointed that the manager himself took advantage of my son by not only selling him overpriced tire cables but said he cannot return them. Even if the box was not opened. I'd respect the return policy if Napa's manager had good ethics and had not taken advantage of a customer that wasn't familiar with the product. Selling $275 for cables for a van was poor ethics. Customers can't trust that they would not be taken advantage of.

3/22/2023: Today, Susanville Napa autoparts corrected the issue and refunded my son. I know my son learned a lesson. He now will be researching before any purchase and to question everything and not to take things as face value. Just another valuable life lesson. I appreciate that Napa corrected the issue.

This little Napa store has the largest selection of reasonably priced tools & odd's & end's, I've ever seen. Who ever runs this store, i have to give him or her "Props". The selection if random item's takes up most of the walkways, a clutter of awesome deals!

Best service, parts, and mechanics gear in town bar none. I've relied on Susanville Napa for going on 20 years and they never failed me yet. Their tools and products are top shelf quality craftsmanship. In my opinion you'd be a fool to go anywhere else, "Napa know how" is held up here absolutely.

Although I frequently shop NAPA for my parts, I've never been in this one before. I was driving cross country to NY and had a little problem with my truck. I went in knowing what I needed and started to select it when one of the employees stopped by and made a suggestion of a name brand part that cost less than the store brand. Huge props and much appreciation for saving me money.
