Cecil came through with a 60 foot straight boom in the fairly remote area of Chester inside 24 hours. Added to that, he got our HVAC team a 25-foot push/pull single man telescoping lift out of Chico. Again, inside 24 hours. So amazing service.

The equipment was all well maintained. The prices for delivery and rental duration were also extremely fair.

Doing business with Rental Guys has been great. Called them to rent tables, chairs and a trailer to haul them in. We were able to do everything on the phone. Picked
up everything on Friday, they hooked the trailer up to your hitch. When we took it all back Monday morning. They just unhooked the trailer and we were free to go. Didn’t even have to get out of the car. Absolutely simple!!!

Great customer service I rented a log splitter. Towards the end of the day the log splitter had some unforeseen motor issues I brought this issue up to the manager when I returned it. He gave me a full refund now that's great customer service and they stand behind their equipment.

Great service from start to finish. The wood splitter I rented was in great condition. It was top of the line and I recommend getting the “split fire” wood splitter above all other models. Great price for the weekend as well!

I had a great experience at the Susanville Gary rents office. I rented a 50 foot lift and was helped by a great crew. Cecil came to my rescue when I could not get the machine to start. He drove all the way out to Lake Almanor to my house, and we determined that I had not lowered the boom correctly. It needed to go about two more inches to depress the sensor. Anyway, I want you to know he just did a great job. And I am very pleased with all the folks at Guy Rents.
I will be sure to use them and recommend them in the future. Thanks Semper Fi mike storm
