Edit to note: Owner's response here only demonstrates her arrogant, passive aggressive, irrational, dishonest manner of interacting with customers who don't receive what they ordered at all. She presents as a mean girl bully who believes she's some sort of new age sage. Yuck. This is exactly how she spoke to me on the phone. She told me there must be something deeply wrong with my life and that she would pray for me, in response to me simply factually informing her that I received clothing I never ordered, yet I did not receive the clothing I ordered.

I did in fact speak to owner Amy van Dam a few months ago on the phone. Her behavior was so insulting and irrational that it stuck with me, so I decided to research her false business claims. She clearly does speak to customers on the phone, at least sometimes. And why wouldn't she? It's a teeny tiny business.

Thanks but no thanks for the fake prayers, Amy. Save them for yourself and your terribly run business. You'll need them. And yes, I WAS a customer. Will never be again.

Original review: The owner of this store, Amy, was exceedingly unpleasant to interact with on the phone. She also makes false claims of being a local clothing designer. After just a little research, I learned that Amy is neither local nor a real designer. She is one of many so-called "fashion designers" who essentially go to cheap, overworked tailors in Bali, Indonesia, and say, "I like this shirt/dress, etc. Can you make me the same dress in this color and with that fabric? Oh, and can you make 200?" Then "poof", she calls herself a clothing designer. Bunch of unethical former fashion models doing that in Bali now, too. I'm very familiar with that scene, unfortunately.

Were Amy the least bit professional or kind, I would not have called her out on this. The clothing I received was also a joke, so after Amy was such a narcissistic jerk on the phone, I decided to research what her company was really all about. Gotta wonder how she treats her employees in Indonesia when she talks to customers like that.
