Extremely convenient location, with convenient hours and that has lots of basic necessities and some more. I was charged accurate amounts, the associates were friendly and I used the card reader myself right infront of me. (I’m explaining this as I read the previous reviews and was curious as my experience seemed to be quite different.)

Stay away… my first time vacationing in this area and the cashier wanted to fight with me and my kids in the car. I saw the sticker on the fridge and I went up to him to confirm if that was correct. He said yes all the prices are the same…when I took the items to the front he wanted charge almost 400% more. As a good patron I said come so I can show you he said no and if I want to buy , buy and if not no problem… I rather pay 10 folds than ever going back to this place…. And worst part he came out to start a fight with me and my kids in the car …

Super clean, very friendly store with a nice selection of items--including upscale wine, excellent sandwiches and great snacks. Prices are fair and never need to wait through a long line. They are especially nice to kids and to seniors. It's a throwback to days past when business owners took pride in their stores and really cared about their customers. No wonder to see so many regular customers.

Let me start off by saying I am not accusing this store of wrong doing. I had recently returned from a trip to California to find an unauthorized charge on my credit card. This is one place of many that stuck out in my mind since when paying by credit card, they take it and run it behind the counter out of sight. I hope if they read this, they will update their credit card processing such that their customers can insert their cards on a device at the counter and never lose sight of their card.

They are the only food place nearby and I was starving while on break after work so i went it to get something to tide me over, anyway the guy at the counter fat squat hispanic guy listening to music walked over toward me way to close and said "what are you looking for!?, ive seen you walking all around the store looking at things, i just cleaned these floors so hurry up and buy something." Anyway trying to unwind after working i slowly chose something as small and cheap as possible i and just left kinda struck that some guy talked to me in that manner over what that was. mind boggling really in all my days. F this store lol what a corny little crumb hole

Their hours claim to be open at 5am but I have never once been able to get in there before 5:30. It would be nice if they updated their hours to something more accurate.

Prices somewhat high but not higher than expected from a convenience store in Laguna beach area.
The rate def gets higher because of the super friendly Mexican guy working evening shifts here.
