I let you be the judge. I ordered the premium white flower from from you flowers.com and 2nd photos is what Willow Garden sent. Looks like Willow Garden work with this website as a third party florist. This was specifically ordered for a memorial service but as you can see they did not get any part of the order right not the color of flowers, not the vase nor a premium bouquet. They just sent a normal size flower completely different than what was advertised and charged for a premium.

To the woman who helped me today, on Valentine’s Day—thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m tearing up again as I write this.

Today is my first Valentine’s Day since my father’s passing last week, and everything still feels very raw. I wanted to get flowers for my mother because my dad always made sure to do that. When I came in, I felt a bit lost, not knowing her favorite flowers. You talked me through it and suggested checking your system to see if he was listed—and he was.

When you said my dad’s name, I’m so sorry I couldn’t stop the tears. It felt like he was helping me through you.

The flowers were exactly what my mom didn’t realize she was missing until I showed up with them. They meant everything to her today, and she asked me to thank you as well.

She loved the flowers—they were absolutely beautiful and brought her so much happiness.

Juan and Jose from Willow Garden Floral Design are true professionals. They created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding by taking the time to really understand what vibe we wanted and used their creative abilities to bring that to life. Another great step in the process was coming in about a month before our wedding to see the proposed centerpiece to make sure we approved of the design and the flowers used. This ensured our expectations were met (and in our case exceeded) on our wedding day. I say exceeded because seeing all the tables set with their beautiful creations was incredible. If you want excellent customer service, fair pricing, attention to detail, gorgeous arrangements, and an overall wonderful experience, these are your guys! Thank you Juan and Jose!

Blown away by their talent!!!!! I contacted this florist to send a sympathy bouquet to my lifelong best friend - I live in Virginia and had to pick a random florist from Google. I gave them a budget and allowed them to create any bouquet they wanted, giving them some parameters to work with such as colors, style, and flowers she dislikes. When I received a video and pics of these flowers, my jaw dropped - My best friend said it was by far the most gorgeous bouquet she has ever received. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion - absolutely stunning. Floral deliveries long distance always seem to be hit or miss (mostly misses in our opinion - you seem to never get what you pay for and it rarely looks like the picture) but I truly was beyond grateful for the time, love, and talent they put into these flowers. Thank you, Willow Garden, for bringing a smile to her face during a very difficult time! (She will be spreading the word around your community as well!!!!)

I meant to write this review 2 weeks ago. I live in another state and wanted to send an exceptional bouquet to a friend. I spoke with Juan & sent 2 pictures of flowers I liked for the custom arrangement. My friend loved the flowers and raved how beautiful they were! Attached is a picture she sent. She said the picture doesn't do the bouquet justice. Juan was a delight to talk to and so glad I trusted him to create an amazing gift for my friend. Thank you Juan!
